Want Money back . Uhaul owes me
Jakob Y.We used the check in at counter option and the guy couldn't understand us (language barrier) and he was very rude about the whole process! The uhaul was great, but anything dealing with the people involved at this location was terrible! Definitely wouldn't recommend renting your uhaul from this location.
Charles S.I did not think this location was well maintained or located in a safe area of the city. I did not feel too comfortable being there or leaving the truck there either.
