Pickup/drop off location changed twice, including the night before reservation. Reservation guarantee barely made up for extra mileage. Gas tank was only at a quarter tank. A multi tool was left in cab under brake pedal which led to DANGEROUS issues braking and removing while driving. There was BROKEN GLASS in the hauling bay. I was asked when completing return if I broke the green tie on the dolly BUT THERE WASN'T ONE so please don't charge me for that. There was one on the furniture blankets which I did not break. Had great experiences with uhaul in the past, but this was pretty terrible.
