To start, my desired pickup location was changed the day before to a location 40 minutes away, uhaul did give me 60 miles and an extra day on the truck. It was not needed. When I arrived at pick up point, it was a drop zone, there were no signs or any information on how to get the key for the truck. By chance my wife walked down to some businesses located in front of this parking area and noticed a small kiosk set up for uhaul. No signs on outside of that business giving any indication that they were there!! A horrible experience, I expected better from a company that's been in business for so long. Very dissatisfied R
Mike RPickup/drop off location changed twice, including the night before reservation. Reservation guarantee barely made up for extra mileage. Gas tank was only at a quarter tank. A multi tool was left in cab under brake pedal which led to DANGEROUS issues braking and removing while driving. There was BROKEN GLASS in the hauling bay. I was asked when completing return if I broke the green tie on the dolly BUT THERE WASN'T ONE so please don't charge me for that. There was one on the furniture blankets which I did not break. Had great experiences with uhaul in the past, but this was pretty terrible.
