After hours drop off. With the number of cars driving around the lot with black out windows, I felt like I was interrupting the local street deals. I'm sure the place is fine during the day.
Dan OSunday drop off. when I stopped by Monday to make sure they had it and was not stolen, clerk gave me a strange look. Had to travel and find site because corporate store I asked for was not on contract
TIMOTHY LComputer was constantly glitching with tablet unable to secure proper link to expedite return of rental trailer. Forced to return following day to close out returns. Service was simply adequate, nothing more, nothing less. Did not feel the magic of invitation that was present w Jacob in GF, ND.
John NVery personable, and excellent service.
Kay BI was given little information besides the gas level upon return. The unit I was given was very old (crank windows, no power locks, etc). For going across state lines, this was less than ideal.

Diana LWould have preferred a marked designated parking spaces for U-Haul property. This location had so many vehicles on the property it was difficult to find a place to leave the truck.
Patricia BThe dollies and furniture covers I paid for weren't in the truck and due to the hours we needed to pick up/drop off the truck and check into our apartment we had to load all our boxes and furniture without the dollies and pack without the furniture covers. I have a few pieces of scratched furniture and my dresser was dropped while being carried across the parking lot and is now broken.

Francis FI made a reservation way ahead of time at Lincoln location. Nobody would promise a 15 foot truck. got moved to this location and things worked out. a lady that called me had no customer service skills and was very rude
DENNIS VThe location was fine . The cab of the rental was filthy !! Crud on the seats, nasty spilled stuff just gross ! It should of been wiped down and cleaned out . I had to do it before we left ! Not happy at all .. also didn't ask if we needed anything like a dolly would of been nice ..

Bob TIt was a nuisance to have to pickup the trailer in St. Cloud, however, Northwest Tire personnel were great. I enjoyed working with them. A little more advanced notice than 1-day would be better.

Tom LOur reservation was originally scheduled for 7:00am however it was switched to 9:00am and I didn't find out until 2 days prior to picking up our truck, via text message. I didn't realize I needed to look for the 24/7 mobile check in option when booking before store hours. I take responsibility in not confirming our pick up time, however it would have been nice to know earlier so no matter what always call and confirm your times. With all that being said North Star Auto switched our reservation back to the normal time and were very kind and friendly to work with! Thank you North Star Auto for helping us out in a pinch, we are truly grateful.

Shafie MMore clear about the pricing, drop off, expectations. Vehicle could have been cleaner, and the overall alignment was off on the vehicle as well as the slight wind on the road would veer the vehicle off quite often. Going over 45mph made the vehicle quite hard to control.

Glen fI only had minimal time in the shop dropping off the trailer, but the person handling the transaction was cordial answering our un-Uhaul-related questions.
Randolph OThe person handling the transaction was a complete idiot who complained the entire time while trying to figure out the paper work. On top of that offered no help or assistance in how to operate the equipment. Lucky for uhaul Im very mechanically inclined so it was not an issue. He did offer to hook it up, however he had 4 other people all in the office and his patients for people ran out before he even finished my paper work.
Tracey Gthere was a sticky stain of some kind of drink in the passenger side wheel well and the truck smelled like cigarettes, (pack of smokes was sitting on the dash when I picked it up.

Scott WIt was very dark by the truck and hard to see with an evening pickup.
Nicole WWindows inside and outside were filthy. About 300 miles into my trip the check oil light came on. Ended up having to add 4 quarts of oil. After opening the hood to check the oil, noticed the cap was missing off of the coolant reservoir. Also, the headlights were very out of line, making it hard to drive at night. I was reimbursed for the oil and resivior cap, but feel I should be reimbursed for the 2 hours it took to find a replacement cap. This truck was not serviced very well.
