I had no head lights on the uhaul it was very disappointing especially trying to pack travel avoid the police and not get a ticket check lights before leaving premises
SHAVONE SI wasn't aware that returning the uhaul before I was scheduled to return the uhaul would result in a after hours $20 fee. I was not informed that I had to return the uhaul at exactly 9am the return time scheduled in order to not incur a $20 after hours fee; I felt I was being proactive by retuning it early. WHY IS THERE A FEE FOR BEING RESPONSIBLE THIS IS CRAZY

Patricia MAs soon as opened the door I saw a stain on the inside back of the van so I took pics with my phone. Once I parked to load the van and reopened the back door I saw the stain was wet!… so it's leaking/running/coming from behind the divider behind the front seats. I put down newspaper to Not damage my boxes and walked round to the side door. I opened the side door and AN A WHOLE ARMY OF ROACHES SCATTERED IN EVERY DIRECTION! I had to purchase roach spray to try and prevent transferring y'all roaches into the venue.
TEQURITE DThey gave a cargo van full of roaches and a bad battery I was broken down for About 5 hrs getting a jump

Brittany WDidn't check the fuel level when I picked it up but was told it was full. Drove 13 miles and put 7,5 gallons in it before returning. App is terrible. Took a couple of reboots to move forward with a return. Attendant was not available during posted open hours. Sign on door read open but was locked. Employee sleeping on the job?

Patricia LI'm currently waiting to receive a bill and get the hold from my card. The website didn't say anything about a $100 hold on my card. It is 8/3/23 at 11:37 PM & I still have not received anything about my final bill, I turned my rental in before my designated time and still have not received anything and I believe she rented out the truck before she did my final paper work.

Vincent ENot be so quick to call a customer and tell them that they will be charged for not returning the truck when it was a State of emergency due to IAN. There was no compassion for me of my safety and they were closed so I couldn't ever get storage for days..so I couldn't return the truck with all my stuff on it but the lady at North Western was not professional and was only concern was telling to tell me I would be charged for the extra time I have the truck due to a State of emergency....

ORENTE CCheck the vehicle before renting it out so you can't charge me over the amount or others. Expect the vehicle once returned with the person who was renting.

Latisha SI made a reservation and was sent to four different locations to finally locate the truck at this location I’m not sure why you would book a reservation at a location and not have a vehicle I wasted two hours to finally find a vehicle that I should’ve picked up at 9 o’clock in the morning I believe I should be compensated for running all over town to find a vehicle when you weren’t able to keep the reservation at the original location does cost
