Jim, the owner of Norwalk Motor sales was by far the most helpful and kindest uhaul representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended this location! He is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers

Robert SThe older guy should not be interacting with customers. He is rude. Also tried to tell us that they would only be able to use "major credit cards" (not debit cards) for the 9" cargo van but not the 10" cargo van. Seems like they were trying to scam us into renting a larger one that we did not need. My partner discretely swiped his debit card for the transaction and it went through for the original one we ordered.
Donald WI like the fact that the return area is open after hours for return and parking. The app. on my phone would not let me pinpoint my location for the return, I turned it on but it would turn off on the return truck page.

Patricia MI never remember having to pay 0,08 cents per mile pulling out of the drive. Won't be renting U haul in the future.
MICHAEL CI needed to extend my time for the rental and no matter what I did I could not get through on the website. Nothing worked that I did to contact them. It always sent me back to the beginning of the site. I had to go the next morning when they opened and the truck was already reserved for someone else but I still had a load on it to take off. They were kind enough to take a bigger truck and the guys at the dealer were gracious enough to rent it to them for the same price, but it cost me what seemed an outrageous amount for the two days. I couldn't pick the truck up until after church on Sunday but I had to get the keys at 9:00 and didn't get the truck until after 12:30. So I really only had it for 23 hours. If I would have chosen not to go to church and started doing what I had to do at 9:00 then I would have only needed it for the 24 hour period. I just felt that since I couldn't pick it up until then because that's when I was using it that's what I should have been charged for.
JUDY PAfter many years of using U-Haul this was by far the easiest process I've ever been through. It took less than 5 minutes. The guys were great to work with

It would not accept the mileage so I could not finish the drop off for the truck. Plus I dropped the truck off at 7:01 not 7:49. I will be calling the place where I got the truck to explain my situation
Kimberly PNever rented anything that they call ahead 2-3 times to see if you still want. I lived over an hour away and pickup time was estimated for me. It was 5 minutes after scheduled time and got call asking where I was. You had appointment. I was 5 minutes away and seemed annoyed I wasn't there yet. When I arrived there were 2 employees and no customers. I have no idea why there was such a rush. I was annoyed by this location.
