Aaron NaboznyThe first place we tried to drop the truck, the lady in charge was unfriendly and rude. She snapped right away that she didn't have room for the truck , even though there were at least 5 empty spots on her lot. She firmly announced-"take it somewhere else!"
Stephen FreyThe drop off center staff at first recommended a site to drop off at a place that did not even work with u haul. When I called to see where to go I was put on hold but instead was hung up on. When I called back, I explained the situation and was told to go to another location and I specifically asked them if it accepted a car carrier as well and I was told they did. When I arrived I was informed that they do not accept car carrier as they are a neighborhood U-Haul center. The site was gracious enough to call the Allentown center and help me figure out where to drop it off. I suggested a place in Trexlertown put was told they are not accepting car carriers. I took it upon myself to contact the drop off center in Trexlertown and they said yes bring it in. My question is why didn't the allentown center know this and why do they have drop off locations that are not even affiliated with U-Haul? This was one of the worse customer service experiences I have had in my 61 years on this planet!!! When I called back and explained the situation and that I did not feel I should be responsible for the extra miles or refilling of the gas I wasted driving around because of U-Haul error (the gas station I stopped at was literally 1/4 mile from the Trexlertown location). He basically said I would have to prove I filled up where I said I did. If I was the manager I would have adjusted the price to reflect and extra mileage and fuel used based on U-Haul error. I could have easily verified this by contacting the drop off location for fuel level and mileage. I am fairly certain this comment will fall on deaf ears but if you need to contact me for further details my name is Ed and my number is (610) 417-2020.
EDWARD MCDEVITTThe online check-in did not work at pickup on 6/1/23. Only got a truck thanks to the person in the office at Nothstein Motors Inc. On 6/2/23, the day of moving, found that air-conditioning in truck did not work, and it was a hot day on 6/2/23. Should not have to pay for equipment which does not function properly.

Steven JonesLearning of the unit's 1 hour away pickup location so late in the process did not allow us time to make other choices. I felt boxed into a scenario I did not relish. If the unit is unavailable locally, and a drive is required to pick it up, there should be recompense.
Gregory AlliettaI scheduled pick up for a time after the business was listed as closed, so I was prepared to complete an after-hours pickup process. Fortunately, the business hours listed were incorrect, and the business was still open. The gentleman working there was extremely friendly and helpful and informed me that after-hours pickups weren't possible at this location because UHaul hasn't provided a keybox. Please either update the booking website to not allow after-hours pickup at this location, or complete the process with this location to make this option available.

Scott StofikWas given a trailer in very unsafe condition. Had a tire blow out during my move. Turned out all 4 tires were bad and needed to be replaced, causing a huge delay. The trailer tires should have been inspected before I rented it.

Don ShilobodThe cab of the truck smelled like an ash tray and bothered my allergies the entire drive. There was also dirt (had a bunch of mud smeared all over the floor that had dried) which was a pain because it stuck to our shoes and the bottom of our funiture. Besides the state of the truck, the location was fantastic! They said we could keep the truck all day even though we only reserved it half a day and they also included free use of a hand truck.
