Robert KRequired us to back trailer into its parking lot ourselves which we have no experience doing so was very stressful. They should allow you to simply drop off the trailer and they can wheel it into its spot. That's what the UHaul service provided at the beginning end of this journey, but not here.

fairman bTruck had to be swept out, windshield cleaned, and service engine light code cleared. Code is due to Uhaul design of vehicles and relocating the catalytic converter.
John K6x12 enclosed trailer tongue is too heavy to pickup by one person. I had to use a jack to get it off my hitch. They need a tongue jack instead of dropping to the ground.

Larry MClean the truck. It smelled like wet dog and I had to clean the cab before I left. The app was completely useless and hindered me getting this done. On top of all of that I did not need a 26ft truck. Your ordering system is so broken this is the 2nd time in 4 years that I have been forced to take a giant truck and fill it a quarter of the way up and spend 3 times as much for fuel. Not to mention the ride was so rough I think I found every bump in the road and launched me to the ceiling. At this point I am mad enough to say I won't be using uhual for my next move.

Ruth SFirst let me say that the two women who worked in the office were excellent and tried their best to make the experience quick and convenient. However, there were multiple problems with the online reservation system which prolonged the rental process and I was at the office almost 2 hours. The trailer wheel alignment prevented good towing experience and therefore prolonged my 270mile trip.

WILLIAM NGas was on 1/8 and they ask me to bring back truck on 1/2. That cost me $72.00. I was told they would refund some on fuel…so far I have not received a final receipt. How about I bring it back the same level I received it and I do not have to trust I get a fair refund.

Michelle PArrived at closing time, didn't know it was closing time and the employee came walking up to us shaking her head telling us she was leaving to come back another time or to drop off and complete on app. We opted to drop off and close on the app. Michigan people are typically rude but this was an entirely different level of rude. Would never use NPE again.
Lori SYour app for picking up and returning equipment simply doesn't work. Very frustrating and your chat service is very slow to respond and not very helpful. This is not my first experience with this app.
Patrick EMake sure your equipment is in good working order the plug on the trailer was in poor working order one of the prongs on plug were missing had no blinkers
