Michelle P.Arrived at closing time, didn't know it was closing time and the employee came walking up to us shaking her head telling us she was leaving to come back another time or to drop off and complete on app. We opted to drop off and close on the app. Michigan people are typically rude but this was an entirely different level of rude. Would never use NPE again.

JAMES JOSEPH D.We used this trailer to haul a vehicle with a 2021 F250 pick up, when hooking up lighting system the right indicator show fault, when using the controls for the braking system they did not work, the road was in a snowy slippery condition and when first used the weight of the trailer unexpectedly pushed itself around the pickup. Will not stop using U hall . thank you
