Initial contact was good… there was no mention of the damage on top driver side of truck and I had to call and report upon arrival after hours. Gas was not sufficient for picking up after hours as stations were closed and had to drive extra to find an open station. Thankfully I did since there was an issue on highway and had to sit for long time causing gas usage. Mirrors were not mentioned on how to adjust, no tools available to do it after hours either.
Kimberley CThe person was very helpful and friendly
Laura LClerk was very helpful with the return. He came outside and showed me exactly where to park it. He unhooked the trailer and then helped me diagnose an issue with my trailer light plug on my pickup.
