The front office was a complete mess. The woman there was average. It was the worst Uhaul location I have ever seen.

The line was overwhelmed and when I finally connected with a customer representative they told me the site had just crashed. This has happened multiple times. Either fix your web site or pull it offline.

Teddy WillsWe had a very hard time checking in to pick up the uhaul, the website states only ONE reference and when we got there after the one was provided we still were unable to pickup. My husband contacted customer support and chatted with a Latoya and she was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL towards us when we inquired about why we couldn't pickup our rental. I have worked as a manager in customer service for 12 years and this was HORRIBLE customer service.

daniel jassoI ordered both a regular dolly and an appliance Dolly and didn’t receive either but was still charged for both and the truck I received the fuel was completely empty when I first got into the vehicle I almost ran out of gas just trying to make it to a service station.

Travis FannMaybe bring the truck up to the front so it looks like the equipment has been given the once over for safety. Getting the truck out of the back field left me wondering if it had been checked out and would make the trip. Turns out it was fine but there was a little hesitation about it.
Lisa BrewsterI returned the U-Haul at approximately 2:45 pm on a one day rental. Should there be a refund for bringing the vehicle back early? The office was closed when I arrived so I was not able to ask any questions. The container portion was dirty. I guess if you recieve it dirty you can return it dirty. The customer service lady was very pleasant and professional.
