LEE DThis location is not a uHaul center; it is a local food mart. The options for uHaul equipment were limited and did not match what I had chosen/needed on uHaul.com.

Alfer RIt was late when we picked up the trailer but it was fine the man in the store was friendly and a clean store
Austin MOwner charged me for 5 days only had for two charged me for a cleaning fee and there was no mess charged me for 80 extra miles when I only moved 5/10 miles away the most . Need to get rid of this company ASAP only thing I could say he should've charged me for was gas I didn't put the amount of gas back in the tank that was needed but everything else . Unacceptable !

LEE DThe trailer that they rented me the first time the lights didn't work and the second they had the lights didn't work on it either. I had to use one because we had to pick up my Daughters Rav 4 from the dealership.

LEE DFirst of all, I was told whenever I picked up the U-Haul, that we had to pay a $100 deposit. So our total came out to like $140 something, with the understanding that if we brought it back clean and replace the gas that was originally in it. We had It clean and full of gas too. Whenever I returned it today (April 9, 2023), I was told "there was never a deposit put down that's how much it costs" . So I got ripped out of $100 PLUS had to pay $35 because we drove "90" miles. TELL ME HOW when our old and new house are in the same city? 5 miles from each other. This man YELLED AT ME because I tried telling him we were told that we get our $100 back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANNA GET SCAMMED

ramsey tI could not understand the gentlemen at the the location and I did not get what I asked for. I asked for a one way and got a local. I ended up paying almost triple. I called customer service and they basically told me there was nothing they could do.

Michele JThe place doesn't feel safe, the guy working here can barely speak and understand English. He took a lot of time to find my reservation arguing that the computer was slow. After 30 minutes he told me "go parking lot". I went there and never saw him again, he didn't hook the trailer up, he didn't check lights or showed any interest to ensure that everything was good. He didn't even went outside to point the trailer I was supposed to take. This place should not have U-Haul representation.

Henry GThe uhaul smelled like a cat was living in it and there was a nest under the driver seat. The truck was not working properly. The gas tank was at 1/4 when we picked it up.
Morgan NPut some gas in tank. Vehicle was provided empty and I was told to add gas. Very old vehicle ,169 000 miles , internal door seal came apart while I was driving.

carlos gCar Trailer was parked in mud so close to a Uhaul box truck I barely made it in to hook it up. The guy at the store was of no help getting hooked up to the trailer.
Shawn CThis is the second time I've returned a trailer to area code 77541 and they've both been as sketchy as can be. The first time the drop off business had moved locations so the original address was not correct. This recent time the employee didn't speak any English and it was just a convenience store.
Kevin SMake sure the original location that the reservation was made at is a real Uhaul facility and the equipment that the customer reserved is actually there. My reservation was changed 3 different times and I had to drive about 25 miles to the 3rd location that actually had the truck I reserved. In addition to the distance traveled to get the truck, I lost approximately 5 hours because of this. Uhaul customer service is some of the worst in the market.
