The young man was very helpful, and professional.
Jesse BBe on time to meet the customer instead of customer waiting for an hour. Check gas level before the customer takes truck & has to call because the truck was empty. Customer was behind 2 hours. Make sure truck is in good condition - truck vibrated so bad that couldn't drive speed limit. Awful experience!

Ron BUhaul scheduler got me a better drop-off location due to the original location not accepting drop-offs (lucky I called ahead of time). Your system needs to better communicate what locations accept what.

Kayla SI Had a pickup time of 1pm, called to confirm my reservation, gentleman told me the truck was not available and did not have an eta and would call me when he had it. I ended up going there around 2 to see what the deal was because I had people helping me move and was on a time crunch. He was not kind and told me that he didn't have the truck and that he could not give me what was not available. Well, it turned out he leant out the uhaul that day to someone that was getting their truck worked on at his shop . Not only was I unable to grab the truck in town, I had to travel 20 miles down to oconto, and wait for my truck! Reservation was 1pm, I did not get in the truck until after 3pm. Not cool. What's the point of a reservation at this place? This guy was not all that kind either... Total screwball. For the inconvenience, I don't think I should have been charged full price for this truck. I've used UHaul in the past and never had complaints until this one. The pick up location situation was unexpected and annoying.
Shannon HImprove web portal for uhaul licensee to allow faster check in/out. Website kept crashing on him or giving him errors which slowed the process down. What should have taken him less than 5 minutes, took 20 due to web portal issues. Overall gentleman at drop off was friendly and provided great customer service
Andrew MThe Ford F650 was a pile of junk. Chugged and jumped around at any mph over 40. Felt like I needed a extra seat belt just for my chest and stomach. Awful moving truck. It was while it was empty or loaded.

Charlie TThe vehicle reserved was not available after reservation was made a month in advance. Had to drive an additional 40 minutes to pick up at another location for a smaller model than was reserved. Notified of change day before pick up. Never a sorry or apology for the inconvenience. Reserved moving blankets not available at pick up. Started with a 1/4 tank of gas. Would never refer anyone to use your services - a simple apology goes a long way. You have major logistical issues and mediocre customer service

Daniel ENo signs for the door. Could hear people working inside but NO clear entrance. Was hard to figure out what we were supposed to do. Driveway area was pure mud and if we had been in a low profile car, we would have been stuck!

Svetlana MUhaul changed our pick up location the night before. This was inconvenient as we had movers meeting us at the original location (Sobieski). Once reserved, Uhaul should not be allowed to change pick up location without asking customer first!
Lisa BFacility was closed. Make a call to affirm that I dropped off the equipment. Owner was great at follow through to send email receipt to verify that I did.

Thomas SHad to go to this location instead of the one that I had oringally made a reservation at due to them.not having the truck size I had a confirmed reservation for. Didn't get the reservation guarantee uhaul claims. Representative told me I had to go to a location that would have added 15-20 extra miles or cancel the reservation. Thankfully this location had the size but the Representative didn't offer this location at all, I had to find it myself and make another reservation.
