Chad KNo extras like boxes or tape etc. the inside was clean but the outside of the truck was filthy. The gas tank was only 1/4 full. Very friendly and informative, however size of truck is misleading with the over cab measurements not truck bed measurements. It wasn't 15 feet but 12 feet and a bit over the cab. It worked out but upset at the desertion of space available.

U-haul should have more reps like her. 100 % in my books I highly recommend Bonnyville U-haul its worth the drive to get that kind of service.

Ray ROur truck was 5 hours late arriving and really delayed everything. I had people lined up to help us at the time we thought we would get our truck but by the time we actually got it, lost our helpers. This should never happen. Then I was charged an extra $392,91 after dropping off the truck, without an explanation. I think this is a horrible thing to do to people when they are already dealing with so much stress when moving. Absolutely disappointing and will never use this company or recommend it to anyone ever again.

john oI can't believe how easy it was to rent then return the 15 foot van. The lady at Perfection walked me through the whole process which eased my mind. The truck wasn't fancy but it definitely did the job. The only complaint about the truck and it's trivial. Is I would have liked an iPhone holder for my maps.
NESTOR TThis location is excellent. The staff is competent, friendly and helpful. And the gal at the front desk is very pretty! She processed my drop off efficiently and professionally, despite the absolute gong show that was my reservation. 10/10 would recommend doing business here if you are in the Bonneville area.

He was able to and we contacted customer service confirmation line. The advisor there was very helpful also and found a truck even closer than the site found. They also included an extra day to be on the safe side. Overall awesome customer services all around.
Dante BCrystal provided excellent service and was very informative on the rental process. The only shortcoming was the available packing supplies.
Kenton YMake sure they have a debit machine so we can pay for debit and not get screwed in our refund. Also the owner was talking trash about the cold lake dealer which is unprofessional.

Fred MVery helpful, inspected the trailer, addressed my concerns, reviewed my contract. Since I had paid cash She said the deposit will be mailed to me. Also said that it looked like I didn't order any supplies even after I showed my email saying such.
Chris SI had rented a Dolly with my truck but when I picked up the truck it was not in the truck and I was unable to contact anyone at UHaul about this.

Dawnella G- Honor reservations - Indicate if a given time will be 'outside of business hours' - Do not park vehicles in the middle of a giant mud pit and then charge to clean the footwells - Do not change reservation times at random
