The first truck had a hole in the gas tank and I got gas on my legs when I was puting gas in the empty truck.

The key was nearly impossible to turn in the ignition- you had to jimmy the shifter just right. When I told the manger- he just said 'yeah it's been like that for a while- but it gets easier once you've done it a few times' UNACCEPTABLE- and someone is going to end up stranded because they can't figure it out. Or it will finally stop working- force your people to take care of things

JAMES SDon’t make the return time before 6:am, mine was set for 5:38am I was charged 20 for returning it at 12:30pm
KEVIN M1. ensure the vehicles are cleaned 2. ensure the vehicles have fuel (picked this up less than a quarter tank) 3. ensure the items ordered are provided (ordered 10 blankets, received 0) 4. ensure the billing/invoicing is accurate (mileage was charged at a higher rate than indicated when reserving the vehicle, total invoice for 4 hours, & 17 miles was >$20 higher than the reservation indicated it would be).
M EThe rental place was very helpful when we were trying to figure out the reservation and make it work. He went out of his way to make sure I got a 20' truck on the morning I needed it.

Mike KThe u-haul app didn't work when I tried to use it to pick up the truck after hours. I called the help line and she said to use the u-haul web address, that also didn't work, kept going in a loop, called the help line again and he had to manually input the info so I could complete the after hours pick-up. The second person wasn't polite and hung up before I could ask another question.

Brian LI rented a trailer, and I have my truck wired and with a plug outlet as original factory equipment. I have pulled trailers all my adult life, and I am 76 years old. When I picked up the trailer, your plug on the trailer did not match my factory plug on my truck, so I had to buy your adapter for $25.00.I have rented U- Haul trailers in the past and was not charged for an adapter, it was supplied with the trailer rental. So now I have a adapter which I ( probably) will never need again. The cost of the adapter was almost the rental cost of the trailer. My opinion is the wiring hookup should be provided by U-Haul if the vehicle has a trailer plug installed for a trailer even if it is not your simple 4 prong slot plug.

Erik HOnce we made our way to Ohana Gardening, everything was great. Before that, U Haul kept changing our pick-up locations. We had three different pick-up locations (one in Newberg instead of McMinnville). If I had not called a head of our pick up day, we would not have been able to get a truck. One of the pick up locations was closed before and during the weekend and would not have had a truck ready for us. Another location was not a self pick-up location so they didn't have the ability to leave a truck and keys for anyone. Finally, we ended up with Ohana Gardening. They were there. They had everything ready. And they made those arrangements at the last minute.
