Ollie NOjay and his crew were quick, efficient, polite and overall a great company! Would use them again for u haul needs and will probably get cars detailed there when the time comes! 10/10 easiest u haul experience ever.

lisa sMr. O Jay helped us out in a pinch. We had reservations for a cargo van at another location. When we arrived at the location, they didn’t have any vans or trucks despite our reservation. We were distraught. We had taken off work and hired help to help us move my parents but no way to move them without a van or truck. Mr. O Jay had a truck for us to use. We appreciate his service and willingness to help us out. U-Haul shouldn’t make reservations at places that don’t have the trucks. My reservation was several days in advance. Common curiosity with a phone call would have been nice so we wouldn’t have lost precious time.
April HMr. Langley showed that he really cares about your moving needs. When he could not rent the car trailer he had on the lot, he searched around to find one he could reserve for me. He when out of the way to help me, even involving the help of his supervisor. Within a few minutes his supervisor assisted in locating a car trailer in a town a few miles away.I am, to say the least, very impressed with UHAUL and the associates that represent this company.

James JThe service and equipment from this location was fantastic! The manager walked me through the process of the rental and answered every question with confidence. He also demonstrated the cleanliness and dependability of the truck that I was renting. My moving situation became a lot more strenuous than I had originally anticipated, but the manager graciously organized his other obligations in a way that allowed me to extend my reservation. All the while, I spent less than I would have if I went with another box truck rental company! I fully intend to rent from this location again!

Ronald PI really enjoy renting from Ojay's. I was referred by a friend initially around 2yrs ago and have now made Ojay's absolutely my first choice whenever I need to rent from U-haul. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the details of the rental agreement and that I was confident in what was to be expected in the overall total price. I WILL definitely recommend Ojay's to everyone I know.

David RAll three of the phone chargers did not work during my drive. The floor of the vehicle was extremely hot which made driving uncomfortable. The gas tank was on 39 miles to empty when I picked up the truck which is super inconvenient for a long drive. Not only that, but they then charged me 70 dollars for a fuel charge when I returned it with the same amount they were kind enough to leave me.

uriel gThis is the only U-Haul location I use in Goldsboro. OJay and his staff couldn’t be more helpful and the atmosphere couldn’t be better, I’ve been to other locations in the area and the service is not the same. OJay is very military friendly and him and his team will make sure you’re good to go before you drive off the lot. 10/10 service every time. I recommend everyone in the Goldsboro and surrounding areas go through OJay for your U-Haul trucks and trailers.
