Joe BI watched video on how to use the Truck service 24/7 and the video never explained how to "add truck or rental". I had to then call the U-Haul number and wait 10 minutes for a representative to explain a completely different process to use. It was very frustrating as it cut into rental time by 30 minutes.

takota cBoth drop off and pick up was a breeze. The staff was amazing and the only good thing abo it my experience. Uhaul as a company was a nightmare. The truck was gross inside. Even chunks of hair on the floor. Having to make a three hour trip for a truck was frustrating. Booking the movers through you was also a nightmare. Day before they called and told me it wasn't going to be $70 an hour it would be $310 an hour. This left me struggling to find movers as I am disabled. Also the reason the truck was late being dropped off. Next time I will avoid this negative experience and hire a moving company. I will not recommend your company to anyone. I am thankful for the Bashaw location as I was having a mental breakdown with your company and movers. They were extremely helpful and they deserve a perfect rating

Sharon FYour online system sucks. I spent an hour booking online due to a slow and glitchy website. Being asked relentless questions about stuff I don't need. Then I get to the pickup and go through it all again. People waiting behind me to be served by the other side of the business. The clerk did her best. I had to upload my drivers licence pic through my phone. Ridiculous! It wouldn't upload so the clerk took it with the uhaul pad. No problem with the uhaul but your online system sucks.

Pierre MThe main problem for us was we where supposed to pick up the truck only 15 minutes away, but then were notified we would have to go an hour and a half to get it.

Jessie SPre booked either a 20 or 26ft over 5 weeks in advance to ensure I had a unit for the move. And still had to drive 3 hours to go get one . Thats not good. But They did throw in lots of mileage and a free day rental, over all , all good

Nicola AI would definitely make certain that your online system was functioning properly. I had to wait almost 45 minutes while the counter person struggled to make sense of your system. This is not the first time this has happened - its every time I try to rent either a trailer or a truck - your system leaves a lot to be desired and I always end up waiting, sometimes for more than an hour while the clerk struggles with the system - DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I have absolutely NO issues with the location - the person who helped me was terrific.
TERRENCEANDREW KChristie was extremely helpful! The tire guy Shelby was not! I felt the interior of the vehicle could have been cleaner. Overall experience was ok, I rented the truck about 2 months ago so sorry review is late.
