The very friendly and helpful lady , I'm bad w/names but she probably told me more than once, LOL, could not have treated me better. I Highly recommend this place to anyone , very sincerely so. Andrew SThe trailer was horrible. It has nothing to do with the location though. The trailer's neck was too long and bounces incessantly on the ball with an empty load. Too much of the weight of the trailer was to the back. Please update your trailers.

Paul MGreat experience. The manager was so helpful and the only location open because the others closed for a heat wave.
Joshua PI showed up with a reservation for a trailer, a dolly and some furniture pads and the only thing they had was a trailer. So my day started behind schedule because I had to search all over town for the equipment I reserved. Then when I retired the trailer I had to go into a facility with a gate and keypad. There wasn't enough room to pull into the gate without the U-hual trailer sticking out into a very busy road with oncoming traffic swerving out of the way. If you're in the business of renting trailers and keeping gates closed, you need enough room to pull the truck and trailer out of the way of oncoming traffic. Not very safe, and could end up killing someone. Other than that my trailer was in good condition and the lady at the office was very nice.
Joshua COffice manager, Casey, was very polite and professional. She was very appreciative that I was able to back the returned trailer in line with other equipment. She also had suggestions on how to improve my next rental experience. I will use this location as often as possible in the future.

Jeff SThe tailer was connected to the truck but the trailer coupler was not locked. I was stranded in Athens, AL for 2 hours because one of the tires on the trailer begin to separate. There was also a flat tire on the right rear dually of the truck. I was happy how quickly the repairs were done. Just glad there was not a blowout traveling on the Interstate..
Robert BOnly issue was that we ordered a furniture dolly but only a small appliance dolly was available upon pick up of the truck. We had some really big pieces of furniture that needed to be moved but had to get a furniture dolly from a co-worker.

Sharon DThe office visit was simple and the woman that waited on us was very friendly. However, when we cranked the truck, the engine light was on, and it stayed on for the entire trip. We just crossed our fingers that the truck wouldn't break down at some point. Lastly, we had to stop and top off the gas tank before heading out of town, which was inconvenient.

craig jI called last night and changed my drop off location. The rep on the phone told me I had until 3pm to drop off. I get there at 2pm and I'm told I'm late? How am I late? So I was charged a late fee. Frustrating, but okay. But since I kept it the "majority of the day" I was also charged for another day. How does that make sense? If I was charged an entire extra day, how could I possibly be late returning it that day if someone was still there to receive us? That's absurd. I'd really appreciate a follow up call about this.
Brandi FThe lady at the office was extremely helpful (she gets 5 stars). The truck is almost to dangerous to drive. Its in desperate need of maintenance. The brakes are awful. You can barely keep the truck on the road at 50mph due to alignment and tire balance. Truck has oil leak.

BRENDON RI requested to return the equipment where I picked it up, the agent never noted on the account. I also requested a dollie and blanket and never received it, was never advised of extra mileage, still haven't received my refund for the auto transport and insurance I never used as well. Overall worst experience ever

cathy btruck began smoking underneath after about 45 minutes into the drive. We stopped for a few moments and waited fir the under pin muffler area to stop smoking. It did not smoke for the rest of the drive however, the check engine light came on.

Embra JI was told at pick up that I would receive a credit if I returned the trailer early. It was due on Tuesday, 9/27. I returned it to the designated location yesterday evening, 9/25. When I called to find out what my credit would be I was told I would receive NO CREDIT. Very poor business practice. Very dissatisfied.
