That truck was messed up something with the steering it would pull and yank all over the dead and has a miss in the motor was definitely not worth the 200 dollars y’all charged me!!

Staff was wonderful the lady that helped us was the best
Kenneth FI returned with fuel level same as picked up but then received a cc charge for additional $26+ . Responded to email about this and area manager promised to delete the additional charge but they are currently still pending. Why are they no longer full at pick up and return?

Gary Gdid not have the trailer at the reserved location. had to travel several miles out of my way to another location and wait an hour for them to open even though they were in the office. not very customer friendly.
terry rI understand the contract and was 1,1 miles over the agreement and was charged the additional 1 but I received the truck with 1/4 of a tank and returned it with almost 3/4's of a tank with no credit back. For that size truck we wasted 45's in fuel for no credit back. Thank you but at today's gas prices you would think there would be some kind of compensation.

Gary GI called Pinnacle Storage to rent my Uhaul through as that is where my storage units are. Upon arrival at 8am (I scheduled an 8am pick up) I had to wait an hour while they checked in the uhauls from the day before. At 9am I learned that even though the uhaul was rented through Pinnacle, it was at the Old Hickory Building. Fortunately it was only a 10 minute drive but it was a frustrating experience that I rented the uhaul through one place but the physical truck ended up being elsewhere and I was more than an hour behind schedule. The employees at the Old Hickory Building were helpful and the truck was clean.
Melissa MI filled the tank back to where it was when I got it and they still charged me 11 bucks for 2 gallons of gas. I called to give proof and show receipt but they wouldn't accept it and told me that I basically was lying and wouldn't take the charge off. Poor way to do business won't be using this location again
Jenna CThe person that helped us start up our contract was very nice and professional and even extended our return time to 5pm.(We arrived before 4pm) He wasn't there and the workers who were overcharged my card, argued and were very rude and unprofessional. They overcharged for amount of gas that we should have taken a picture of and refilled it to, they both argued that millage rate was 0,99 cents per mile. My contract stated 79 cents per mile. (Both workers tried to charge the weekend rrate) They made us wait for over 30 minutes and the guy asked twice where the keys were, the woman asked once. We told them 3x in the switch. After we disputed these issues they the guy said that until the keys were turned in we were still being billed, as to imply that we would be billed for another day. It was a horrible experience because of these 2 shasy employees who were whispering back and forth about our rental. I will never use UHaul again and will advise others that they used the "bait and switch" (illegal) routine and not only overcharged my card but were obnoxious and acted as though they were crack or meth heads. Was ridiculous how they operated the office.

Leslie CAbsolutely do not use this location! I was paid and my contract was still current (confirmed this with actual uhaul), and the lady that runs uhaul at that location called my husband who isn't even on the contract being super aggressive towards him. She claimed she tried charging my card and "it said the card was invalid", she in fact never tried charging my card at all and the card is definitely valid as I had just successfully extended my contract with that same card the night before. And then started threatening my husband that the truck needed to be returned prior to them closing for the day or it would be reported stolen, but she called 3 minutes after they already closed in the first place. All of this and I was never contacted once, no phone call no email no text or anything and I am the only person on the contract only person that was called was my husband (who doesn't even have a license and like I said was not on the contract at all). Save yourself the hassle and the possibility of being arrested and go to a different location! Also want to add that after the fact I talked to my neighbor and she said that same location did the same thing to her friend, the lady had never called her and the truck was reported stolen even though she had a few more days paid on the truck. The friend wasn't contacted, so she didn't know the truck was stolen and she was pulled over and arrested for being in the vehicle that was reported stolen and had to fight it all in court to get herself out of trouble for it. Please protect yourself, there are plenty of other locations to use!
KATELYN RTruck was well maintained but a bit dirty although that was not an issue for me. Business was very easy to work with.
