Juan MI requested PU in Green Valley AZ. Although the location I selected had no matches available, the facility next door had 10 units available, yet was sent 15 miles, each way, out of my way.

Bonnie EBe open on Sunday so your clients don't have to pay for an extra day that isn't necessary. Or at least offer your clients an alternative drop location on Sundays. It was kind of frustrating not knowing specific hours. Rather than relying on your clients knowledge, offer some insight. I will use a different location next time so I don’t have to miss work AND pay an extra day.
Karl MOnly negative is I reserved the trailer only for it not be available, had to drive 65 miles to pick one up!!

KEVIN PUHaul changed my pick up location. Original location was 3 miles from my house. At the beginning I was offered a pick up location 25 miles away from my house. I turned it down.
