I have gotten U-Haul's there a couple of times and would absolutely get from there again! The customer service is amazing ! They are kind, friendly and very helpful!

Gabby EI made reservations for a 26' truck in Amarillo 3 weeks prior to the pick up date (the day before my lease expired on my home). Upon arrival there was no truck and the business was closed. Customer service told me, "we do this to people all the time [screw people out of reservations]." She finds me a 20' truck in a town 1,5 hours away and assures me that it is big enough for a, "large 3 bedroom HOME." Didn't work--didnt even come close. Already behind over 3 hours I had no viable options to make any other arrangements with other moving companies. My brother had to bring a personal trailer all the way from Austin. He had to replace 3 tires on the way up and pay for gas for the trip up and back. I was insultingly "given" $100 off and that barely covered the gas for my personal vehicle and uhaul from Hereford back to my home to load up. No recompense for failing to honor my original reservation. No equal recompense for making me travel to Hereford. No recompense for the misinformation about the 20' trailer. In fact, I checked the website and it says it will only fits a 2 bedroom home. This entire situation is unbelievably unprofessional and it caused me to spend an extra $600 on top of the uhaul rental and gas, which was another $1000 total. I have looked into litigation and hope your company can provide an offer in lieu of that avenue. I look forward to hearing from someone in the next 10 business days.
