I dropped this unit off early in Zavala Texas and no one answers the phone and no one was present at this location. A friend of mine tried to rent a unit from Zavala Texas and never had anybody return his call so he went to a different location

FRANKLIN C.New dealer....all "paperwork" on completed over the phone with his wife...not even at the location....drop off point assigned does not even accept trailer...when I made the reservation, I said NO insurance...I was charged $25 for Safe Tow....they are a new dealer, but if you want to work in this field, please learn the complete process....the rental contract was NOT completed at rental location....lots of issues with the return....was promised a "free day" at the rental location....this did not happen.
