Excellent service. Friendly and courteous. This place for UHaul rental is highly recommended. This is your ONE STOP UHaul rental place.
LONI SVan could use a washing. Windows, dash board area wiped down of dirt and old cup rings, and vacuum up of someone's spit out sunflower seeds on floor in cab. Cargo area was clean.

DIANNA HMy reservation was transferred here because the previous location forgot to leave the keys in the lock box. When I arrived at this location, it was closed even though it was supposed to open at 8 AM. I was there at 7:55 and they did not open until 830.

JULIO GBack of Uhaul truck reeked of beer and marijuana. Beer was spilled onto the floor so we had to put plastic down before transporting anything. There was also opened cigarillo all over the floor.

ANITA GGetting scammed with overcharge. Got charged for 4 gallon of gas when driving only 14 miles and both the shop and uhaul customer service just blames me saying I didn't gas up when the meter didn't move because the distance was so short and the uhaul wasnt fully gassed to begin with

Jack KThe van that was rented to us had a bad alternator and broke down during our move. As a result we were unable to complete the move and make full use of the time we rented the van. We had to call roadside assistance for someone to come and put in a new battery to allow us enough battery juice to drive the van back to the location.

MARIO DWe reserved online to pick up a truck near our home in Lake Forest. The day before our move we were notified they did not have the truck so we would have to drive to San Juan to get it. 12 hours before pickup we were notified again that we would have to drive to fullerton to get the truck and they opened an hour later then our scheduled pickup. We went ahead and got the truck in fullerton which was over 40 miles round trip, then dropped it off in Murrieta when we were done. Uhaul then charged us for going over the mileage even though that extra milage was the distance it took to drive from the new fullerton pickup to our house. The fullerton location was a liquor store that also rented uhauls. Not a favorable experience at all.
