First I placed the reservation for a location closer to my home. I was left a VM stating that my location changed and the truck wouldn't be available until 10am. Went to pick it up, it was snowed in. Checked for the dolly that we ordered. No dolly. We had to drive to another location to get a dolly.

John VNot a very good neighborhood,no masks were worn due to covid 19. equipment was somewhat clean, brakes on truck would squeel every time you use them. when i ordered the truck i ordered an appliance dolley. Had to pick up the truck at a different location and no dolley to be found. Why ask when renting if you cant supply when needed. WILL NEVER USE UHAUL OR RECOMMEND THEM EVER AGAIN! Hope i dont get covid 19 because protocal wasnt followed.
