Everything was bad customer service didn’t have people to assist you I waited 2 hours before getting help

I have continued to be charged for this. I will be going to my bank to refute all charges. This should not be happening. There was no representative at this location. I had to can a random phone number that the kwik mart employee gave me. This should not be a pickup location for uhaul. The neighborhood feels unsafe to leave your car for the day. Thankfully my car was still there when I got back.

The representative was a bit rude, non-communicative, and nonchalant. The owner had added LDW insurance without my knowledge, and the clerk had categorically refused to help me.

I has to hook up the trailer myself because they wouldn't move and when I returned it had to call the owner of the place to close contact because lady at the counter refused to and said it was not needed. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Located in a corner store with 1 employee. Process literally took over an hour because he kept having to stop the process to deal with customers. He changed my drop off location without my knowledge. Also they don't hook up the trailer for you. When I asked him if I had hooked everything up correctly he responded with, "I think so." Horrible location. Stay away!!!

I haven't been able to reach anyone regarding this experience. The truck was not equipped with what I payed for and the experience was terrible

I reserved a car transport 10 days before I needed it and U-Haul on the last day before I was suppose to pick it up they changed my U-Haul reservation to a place that opened at 8am when my initial reservation was for 7am also this place does not have any staff to help with U-Haul they have to take care of customers in the store

I can buy 10 and I left 10-40 also the guys lie on me give me empty gas and return it with a quarter gas people no nice no uhaul are this is supermarketSuperman this is supermarket it's not your place it's a supermarket it's not your place

I think it's weird that I need go into a convenient store, to be given a number to call and then wait for the person to give permission to give me a key. I asked for a dolly and had to pay in cash to use the store dolly which cost more than what the website asked for. Also he tried to charge me more than what the website say things cost. This place is very iffy.

This location operates as a scam. After I gave them my credit card it was charged 3 times at their locations. And a few times some different places. My credit card was locked because of fraud activities. After all a got the bill where thy overcharge me.

Awful experience, the truck leaked all over, my belongings got wet! the blankets I rented came with roaches eggs! truck with just a quarter tank ashes in the ashtray they didn't have the truck ready when I need it.
