Anthony GThe only issue I had was when I tried to call to extend the number of hours I would need the truck, no one answered the phone. The web site showed the correct phone number I was calling and the hours until 10 PM, but at 4:00 PM no one was answering. I called multiple times.

ANTOINETTE HCab was dirty, AC didn't work, cargo area was dirty, Engine would barely keep up, took a long time to get up to speed, gas was on E and had to be filled immediately to avoid running out, brakes were squeaky, and the transmission kept slamming between 2nd & 3rd gears. I've said multiple times after dropping it off that it was single handedly the WORST U-Haul experience I've ever had. Not to mention when I arrived at my appointed pick up time the original truck I had ordered the 26' was not there, I had to be downgraded to the 20' thumper dumper instead. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

WESLEY FPlease as a company, make sure there is enough gas in the vehicles. At more than one location, there has been barely enough gas to get to the gas station. Once we ran out, not from this location. Gas is available on site at this location.

LAURAELIZABETH LMahammad and Amir at Orange Discount were very friendly and went the extra mile to help locate my reservation that was not sent correctly over to them. They were patient and immediately took the time to get me a truck for the same price as the truck I rented that was not there. NO fault of theirs. Amir and Muhammad's customer service was excellent, and their store was immaculate and smelled clean.

No charging port for a phone (however two empty cigarette lighters - if that tells you anything about how old the truck is), , the shocks were very bad, fortunately I was not transporting anything fragile. and the driver's seat adjustment device was not working properly, wasn't sure I was going to be able to reach the pedals, but with help from a (stronger) stranger we did get the seat to move forward. The rental location was fine and the service in the store was very good and friendly. Customer service A+, truck quality D.

James LThis was a last minute shift for us...and the new location is amazingly hard to find. The owner is friendly and professional and we were very happy once we got there, but the address is a store in a mini mall, so it's easy for them to catch you buy surprise. A UHaul logo somewhere would make it easier to find. But all in all the service was perfect!
