Despite the authorized dealer being nice Corporate could certainly use some interpersonal skill training. I received a nasty call from someone at corporate stating they needed their truck back and I incurred an additional expense due to be forced to bring back said truck. please note that i will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN DUE TO THIS INCIDENT

Anthony CimagliaThis location did not do any walk around with the truck, give me any paperwork or do anything to ensure I would get harrased about damages. Everything was a handshake deal and I thought that must be normal until I dropped it off in another location where they explained to me that they were supposed to do a walk around and mark any damage so I wouldn't get charged for it. When I went to return the U-Haul i looked at the email that was sent to me and realized it said i needed to return it back to the location i picked it up from. That would have been a 2 hour round trip plus more milage and fuel in the U-Haul. So I called U-Haul and asked if they could help me change the location wich they did "thank you". I returned the truck to the new location that U-Haul set up for me. I thought everthing was G2G until i got a call from the Newburgh location asking why i didnt return the truck to them and i explained it. I soon then got another call from a lady that tried telling me they were going to charge me with a wrong drop off location charge even though I already have cleared it through U-Haul. When I told her i refuse to pay that charge she became really upset and stated telling me im a liar and i knew the truck was supposed to be dropped off and she was going to charge me anyway. When I asked to speak to someone else she said "we will go through the call logs and see whos right and hung up" I haven't rented a moving truck in about 8 years so I just assumed all of this was normal at U-Haul because I rented from Budget in the past. I will never rent from U-Haul again and I will also encourage everyone I know to do the same, I'll stick to Budget.

Jen HaddenDrop off was easy and close to my house, but this location needs signage bad, I passed right by it , and the office looks like a ragged house…the gentleman there was great, very helpful and friendly.
LETITIA WILLIAMSThe agent at this location was very nice helpful and receptive to to the issues I had with the truck. He made the return process very easy and even offered refreshments and a warm place for me to wait for my ride to come pick me up. All in all, this was not a good experience with Uhaul but this location agent understood my frustration and made the return an easy process.
Vernesa Williams-CampbellI was charged for an extra day for no reason. Was told I would receive a refund and it never happened. I am still owed back $39.95. On top of that I had scheduled movers for my 1:45 scheduled pick up of the uhaul but when I got there the truck wasn't there and I had to wait an hour. Lost more money on that.

In addition there was no one there in the office - we had to wait for someone to come in from someplace local. We were there on time for our pickup.
