The manager was very helpful in correcting the error made at original rental site and allowed us to return our rental at his location.

Emma BMy experience with U-Haul was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Ashley, was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when I simply asked for clarification on my bill. What's worse, Ashley failed to provide me with essential details about my rental beforehand, conveniently omitting the $99 rental charge during pickup. This lack of transparency and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. Steer clear of U-Haul if you value decent treatment and honesty.

Janine PI felt bad for the guy who was checking me in he only had to do U-Haul work he had to do lottery. He had to do the fuel pumps and the sandwich center for ordering he was one person having to stop and take care of other people while trying to check in my U-Haul I found this to be very unprofessional. U-Haul should have its own center in the store with its own person to check you in not at the front counter, where all the other transactions have to take place and the U-Haul drop off or purchasing have to wait.
Ellen FThe Van that I reserved was not at the location when I came to pick up the Van. The person did not return it on time. The Associate at the rental place tried calling him and he did not answer back. I was given a larger truck which was more than I needed. I had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck which put me behind my intended schedule. The phone calls to the client were not initiated till I arrived to pick up the van at the reserved time. I do not know your protocol but I think the calls should have been made earlier and a plan in place.

Facility staff refused to provide any support for checkout experience, in addition to having an overall negative attitude from the outset of the experience. Staff claimed to have absolutely zero knowledge of mobile/afterhours drop off. This was my first time using U-Haul and would never do it again, nor will I return to patronize this establishment.
Monica JPeople were very friendly and very helpful. I reserved a truck and a dolly for my move. When I got there they did not have the dolly I reserved. The truck was not in good condition. My move did happen and I would still recommend uhaul to friends and family.

robinson jI called this location to confirm drop off and was told I couldn't drop off because I had a car dolly and to call U-HAUL customer service. I called she told me they have to take it and she put me on hold and called the drop off location. She came back and told me to take it there that they would take it. I take the truck there and they still told me now. As I was on the phone with U-HAUL the store manager came out and said I could leave it. Overall the experience with U-Haul has been nothing but a headache. I will be moving 6 hours away and am now looking into other moving truck companies to rent a 26' truck for my move. If they are going to send a message offering a discount they should honor it!!!

ROMONTA TCredit card was charge 4 times with different amounts. Van was not clean inside or outside.
THURMAN HDid not have the size truck that I reserved 2 weeks in advance for. Instead Uhaul called and said I would need to pick my truck up at another location. My original pickup time was 8am but when I get to the new location they don't open til 10am and I have movers scheduled for 9am. I had to drive to another Uhaul and settled for a smaller truck. I was unable to load all of my furniture on it and will have to make another trip.
