For the love of all that is good in the world update you antique systems app shows equipment is available at a location but it is not then have to try other locations to find the needed equipment but eventually we found what we needed
PHILLIP JAgent at the location even she lend me the phone to contact a Haul manager was not willing to help me with a missing wairing harness to connect trailer dolly to the truck. Great I could contact one of the manager by phone.
VICTOR Zstaff at site was great no problem whatsoever I would definitely rent there again.

Carrie REverything was great! I was just disappointed to find the trailer didn't have a jack. When I arrived in my destination city I needed to disconnect the trailer before unloading for a few hours to have some repairs made to my car. That was not an option! Don't know what I would have done had I had an flat tire along my 32 hour drive.
Constance KUsed the online rental process to upload documents and ID. I was suppose to show up at the rental location and "just pick up the key". When I arrived, the UHaul assistant informed me I would need to wait 20 minutes and I could not just have the key. They continued to tell me that they would need to process my rental and the online process did not work at there location. After waiting 20 minutes into my rental. The assistant informed me that I could have the key and my rental was already processed. I won't be returning to this location.

Frank PShit customer service, u haul reps should not be manually entering credit card info on personal cell phone. Would never use this location again. Truck was filthy. Rep didn't even come out for pre check. Uhaul used to be good,not so much anymore

dawn bSnowy River Mercantile on Frontage Rd in Reedsport, Or was where our original reservation was. They were rude and even talking bad about us under their breath. We have tried to rent from them 3 times and had to go to Oregon Coast RV due to issues with the truck or the service. In my opinion, they are not representing U-Haul favorably. I will never go back to their store for merchandise or U-Haul. Horrible service.

David PMy friend originally tried to rent this and you have a 10 year old issue stating she rented one and returned it to the wrong location. Therefore you would not rent to her. The vehicle in question was rented in California. She lives in Oregon. She has never rented from you before. Therefore I had to rent the unit and drive it exclusively. They were unable to give her any more details because the supposed incident was 10 years old! Really poor customer service on your end! The pick up location staff was awesome!
Connie KA better understanding of the equipment that is being rented. They do not understand what they have or how to use it at this location. They had trouble even making sure how to set the rental up.
Daniel RI made my reservation for this truck to be in Florence 3 months ago. I needed the truck in Florence and had no way to get to Reedsport which was 33 mies away. I had to get a friend to drive me down there, then I had to drive back to Florence to get my stuff and put it in the truck and then head back down South to my destination. This really added a lot of extra time to my day. When I contacted Uhaul the night before I was to pick up the truck I talked to two different people and all I got was basically, it is too bad to be you!

Joyce BI felt the price was exceptionally high to use for a short period of time and the trip was less than 60 miles in total. $205 The UHaul I rented before this one was from Indiana to Oregon so I had it for 5 days and drove 2700 miles and it cost less than $400

Derrick SMake reaching customer service easier. I called the Resort 3 times over 24 hours and never got a call back. I spent a lot of time on the phone with U-Haul's customer service just to ask 2 questions. Other than that, gets crazy expensive by the end of the trip. Thank you for everything though.

Howard Hmake the website more accurate for booking a rental. It's ridiculous that a person can go on the website, choose a day to pick up the desired equipment from whichever location they want. But, then they cannot choose which day they want to return it....just the location they want to return. The person at check in had to try an get my reservation changed for drop off date. Ridiculous.

Connie CThe truck exterior was dirty and part of the lower dash covered the emergency brake release lever making it difficult to release it. Overall, experience was very good.

James JNone of the employees in this enclosed space was wearing a mask. In Oregon masks are required. They certainly should be for employees indoors. I'm older with pre-existing conditions. It really bothers me when a company's employees so freely risk my life and the lives of all of their customers.

Jakob BI made a reservation several weeks ahead, and called both the uhaul regional office, and the pickup location the day before my reservation, only to find out that they couldn't see my reservation. All information that I had given initially had to be redone to pick up the truck and trailer, waiting more time than necessary.
LOUIS CWhen we arrived they didn't seem to know what they were doing they sent me to the another location that sent me right back to the first one. It took 2 hours for them to get it figured out. Then I had to hook the trailer up myself. That has never happened. They didn't seem to care.
ron rI missed the entrance because there was no sign and I was there for over an hour because the computer/site kept kicking the information out just before the contract was completed. I was overcharged.
Elizabeth MPrinter and software are S-L-O-W and unreliable. Clerk had to reboot and restart contract from the start. Check in clerk was excellent-- efficient, courteous, prompt.

Linda pI rented a trailer to go behind a truck (not a truck) - the rental clerk told me the rate was $0,78 mile over so many miles - I was planning on taking the cargo trailer from Reedport (packing stuff from my RV spot taking it up to Salem and then the next day take it from Salem to Newport and back again which would have cost me more than the trailer. It was a lengthy ordeal with calls to the service company after I left the trailer there and found out I was given wrong information. so I went back to the store to get the cargo trailer. the clerk was apologetic and the man said there was a glitch in the computer software to give me wrong information. So before this day I went to pick up the boxes I had ordered when I rented the cargo trailer and I asked the clerk if this was taken off my bill cause I was picking them up early - so when I got to my new apartment in Salem there was a delivery of the boxes I had ordered!

James JThere is cleanup and again there is clean it's in the eyes of the same people who see only greed and UHAUL is full of that! Go look for yourself the windshield never cleaned front and back this is just really stupid question!! Overcharged all done by the home company. One day $214 and change that's for a 15'footet less than 24hrs and 79 miles and a $10 dolly. I think I got F-- and didn't get kissed

Steven MI was charged a late fee when I had already asked for an extra day when I ordered the equipment. I was told I had until 5 pm on the extra day to return the equipment then was called at 9:30 am saying it was late. Not happy at all.
Andrew CI was charged for days I did not use,although I said maybe 4 days, brought it back 3 days, one day early, and was told " no worries, you wont be charged until you get back" well I had everything counted on that, So when the charge was MORE than I used, it caused me to stress not having enough in my bank leaving me in the negative, again knowing I would only use it for three days, but told them four days just to be on the safe side,being I was told no worries not charged until you check out, or return the trailer, Not true, other than that, I always go U-Haul, but wilm know your charging rules better next time. Thank you .
