Save yourself a headache and just go to a different uhaul location!!! I used the mobile app, completed the drop off instructions one by one. Last step, clear as day: return the keys into the lockbox. Its a bright orange lockbox attatched to the building with UHAUL logos all over it. Got it. I turn around after double checking I didn't leave anything behind. "Give me the keys!" i'm told by some random who walked up on me wearing a dirty tshirt, old basketball shorts, and flip flops. We're in an unsecured corner lot in a less than ideal neighborhood that gets a lot of foot traffic. I tell him, im gonna go drop the keys off in the box and start walking. He starts raising his voice, repeating the same. I tell him I dont know who he is, that the app says to drop them off in the box. He blocks the box, starts calling me an idiot, tells me hes the owner of the liquor store. I ask the employee standing behind him if hes the owner, i get told not to talk to the employee but to talk to him. He only gets louder, uses more profanity. Eventually grabs my arm and wont let go. Threatens to call the cops. Calls me gay, tells me to go back to my own country lmao. The employees seems to listen to him even though they wont respond to me, so i give him the key and call uhaul. based on other reviews it seems like he is also pretty shady with the mileage and the gas. Just go somewhere else, I know I will.

This location did not have a representative onsite cashier called a friend mileage was incorrect after driving 6 miles total fuel was at the proper level when I dropped it off once again no one to check the truck in but when I finally received a final bill I was charged for gas U-Haul should just remove this company trucks are parked on the Main Street anybody may have taken gas if in fact it was low

Nayeli GRental agent not on site…had to do over phone to complete check out. Charged fuel when returned at same level truck was checked out with because agent ‘thought’ it was at a higher level originally but was never verified.
