I was assessed a cleaning fee for the truck. I received the truck with oak leaves and and few sticks inside and thoguht nothing of it. We transported a mattress a box spring and a flat screen tv to the transfer station, no trees or anything with leaves. I brushed out a bit of the debris before return. Thanks for charging me for someone else's debris. I do like the convenience of this location and the rental was a breeze except that the vehicle I reserved was NOT available. I had to maneuver a 20 ft truck instead of a 10 ft

The trailer had personal equipment of the shop in it when we arrived. They didn't have any available ball connectors so we had to go buy one, which provided the shop an extra 30-40 mins and then it still wasn't cleaned out when we came back. Took another 30 mins for the shop to unload it. The guy said he didn't realize it was up for rent. Bringing it back it was difficult to find a place to park/leave it based on the way the parking lot was setup

The business was not open for me to get the truck and keys. Due to availability Uhaul had changed my original pick up location. I was completely unaware that the business would be closed at the pick up time and that I would need to download and create a log in to get a code to receive the keys. Cell service was not great there and it took well over an hour to complete this after being on hold for a while first. Truck was not stored near the building and it took several trips back and forth in the heat to do needed steps. The one positive was the employee on the phone who helped me through the process. I wish I could remember his name to commend him here. He stayed on line until it was resolved. Businesses need people. Automating everything and going to an online system sucks. I will not be using your business again.

I returned the truck and they don't explain nothing to you and charged me for another day I rented for one called to let them know I needed a additional day and they didn't check it in till 4 and I got charged for that I just want to say I am very unsatisfied and not that you care but I won't be using uhaul

Well first off when we arrived to Oswego Tire and Auto we tried doing the online check in on the phone and it would not give us the right password for the key lock box and some white car with tinted windows was parked facing us the whole time. Then after about 20 minutes of speaking with the rep on the phone we finally got into the lockbox to get the key. Then once we finally get ready to leave a swarm of police cars shows up and harassed my grandfather and I for about 30 minutes and treated us like criminals because they believed we were stealing the U-Haul……. No apologies or anything and they just told us we can leave. I want a refund I paid about $150 for that hassle. I am extremely upset about the situation and would appreciate something in return. I am a senior citizen with little experience at renting trucks, so please keep that in mind as you read this. When I picked up the truck I was given a 15 footer instead of the 10 footer that I requested. The box of it had to be swept out before we could load it. The windshield wiper blade on the drivers side came off twice while I was driving. This was my main concern as it was definitely a safety issue. I would have been happier if the attendant had personally taken me to the truck and given me a little instruction instead of telling me where it was and handing me the keys. I said above that I would recommend it because it is near where I live.

The entire online check-in process is a mess with this website/app and they didnt even include my requested pull cart.
