Ensure service engine lights aren't on, the motor ran poorly, took forever to get up to speed. By time you hit the speed limit you'd have to stop at another light. 1/4 tank of gas for 48 miles 40 of which was country roads with no stops.ANDREW JASON W.

The app you use to pick up your Uhaul and drop off needs alot of work. Took 30 minutes to get app to work to pick up Uhaul. Then when to drop off. I was on phone for 40 minutes as camera on app would not upload pictures showing mileage and that. Very frustrating. When finally getting ahold of a person, they directed me to another app online that did work. This needs to be noted when using app so others don't have to go through this.Karrie R.

Needs better management, was there for 2 hours waiting for the guy to figure out how to use his phone even though I made a reservation the night before. Ended up have to redo it like 5 times, and was about to leave then finally got it after I had to help him. He Didn't even come out to check the trailer witch had damage and out lights but after 2 hours of being behind schedule I didn't care.Adam A.

Agent took over an hour to check me in even after I made an online reservation. He was not computer savvy by any means. He even went so far as to cancel my reservation so he could start over. I reserved a one way trailer and he created a local reservation. He gave me a discount due to his delay but then over charged for the blankets. He said he couldn't find a destination facility so he said to call U Haul upon arrival to return the unit. Upon arrival the agent noticed all the problems and rectified the situation in due course. However, it seems I was double charged by U Haul as my debit card shows two charges which total more than the agreed upon price. I will have to call U Haul to correct this situation.JOSEPH V.

The truck's fuel level was listed as full on the contract, however the actual level in the truck was just over a quarter of a tank. Also the manager did not inform me that the return location of the truck was changed to Wyoming, MI which was 110 miles away from my destination.William S.

The truck seemed to run a little rough, and was difficult to start (? Starter ?). Otherwise it was excellent service.Marcia C.
The employee was horrible!!! He had us hook up our own trailer! After hooking it up we were told it was the wrong one and had to unhook that one and hook up another one! During all of this the employee stood there making comments about "us knowing what we were doing," and "what a great job we did." Upon pickup the customer service representative in owosso was extremely rude, tried to over charge me even though I showed my receipt from uhaul on the rental reservation. I spent over an hour calling uhaul to get the squared away. Uhaul was great to deal with, owosso mini storage was horrible.Shaun C.

We were supposed to pick up in East Lansing but were diverted 30 miles away to another location - this despite having reserved the truck ahead of time. Incredibly inconvenient. I do not recommend calling UHaul to get your appointment. Call the actual place that you're picking up from. The lady at the 1-800-Uhaul dropped the ball and let the poor guy at the actual pick up location do all of the paperwork. NOT IMPRESSED! Took us about 45 minutes to get the truckGary L.

I called ahead to make sure someone would be there. When I arrived a sign said location closed. I left the truck there and called again to let them know it was there. I was charged for "wrong drop off location" and some other fee and cant get anyone at uhaul to talk to me about the erroneous charges.Nancy K.

It was a mobile pick up... Lot of hoops to jump through to get truck and drop off. Understand you have to security, but took me 50+ minutes to login and get truck and another 20 to turn it in... Call service wasn't able to help.... Def recommend going to a location where people are working..Andrew M.

You need to make the rental process easier and faster. It shouldn't take one hour and a half to finally complete the rental process. Also the staff were not helpful in solving the problem. Your app does not work correctly.Maria B.
