A week and a half after I returned the truck I received a phone call from a woman telling me I hadn't returned the key and they were going to mark it as stolen. When I said I didn't steal the truck she said, "I don't believe you". Then after awhile she said "Oh, never mind". Later that day I got the contract and it has more miles than I think I drove, but unfortunately I didn't write down the miles when I dropped it off. I called the office to inquire and the woman who answered the phone said she couldn't find my reservation. I then called the Uhaul general customer service and she said no one had rented the Uhaul after me. I really don't think I drove that many miles on the truck, but I drove to down to Phoenix and drove to different locations there, so I can't say for sure how far I drove.Elizabeth S.

Where i picked up the trailer, the rep was not trained enough to know what she was doing. When i first called they would not allow me to pickup the unit. I had to do it online, I had to call the Mesa, AZ branch in order to get them to release it to me. it became a little bit of a hassle.Eddie M.
It took 45 minutes to pick up my Uhaul. I was scheduled for a 9:00 am and actually left the lot a 9:45 am. The staff was super nice and patient when I got irritated. The truck itself was in decent condition but the windshield was very dirty and inside the cab was kind of sticky. The back of the truck was very clean.Karen N.

For some reason we had an extra charge taken from our account a week after dropping of the equipment. We were told to return before 11:30 on 1/13, we dropped it of around 9:30 the morning of 1/13, it was clean and in the same condition as when we picked it up, so not sure why we got an extra charge, but will find out tomorrow.Tanya K.
