I'm usually hesitant to rent from non-U-Haul locations, but working with this location was fantastic. i was assisted with the hook-up, kept in the loop regarding the reservation timeframe, and the trailer was in near-perfect condition; it required no additional care nor maintenance from me during the rental period!

Kendrick HWell the guy who I talked to about picking up my U-Haul never showed up when I went to pick it up and so I had to hook it up myself. I called him when I got there and he said he was on his way but he never showed up. In fact he later called me to send him a picture of my drivers license but he sent me the link instead. I'm just glad I knew how to hook it up but it was a bad experience and very poor customer service.
