the agent was great, and the price was perfect.

The vehicle was dirty on the floor in the cab. It smelled like a smoker drove it recently. An air freshener was hung in the cab to try and disguise the cigarette smell. It was terrible smelling. I asked to receive a text message in order to complete the walk around and double check of starting mileage and fuel tank level. They said they could only send an email. The previous 5 U-haul rentals in the prior 3 weeks to manage the estate of a family who passed away was able to send a text without problem. I received the email which stated it included photos of the exterior condition of the vehicle that needed to be verified and a link to verify. The email contained no link and no photos. I went back in to ask about it and they said that was not their problem. I needed to call U-haul if I had a problem. They told me to just take my own photos of any damage not already marked and of the starting mileage. They said they tried to send the message again via text message. They ended up only sending the copy of the contract again.

Somehow my reservation was not completed but girls in office set me up w/ remaining truck and super helpful. Highly recommend location for local rental! Thank you.

This isn't on the locations I picked up from or dropped off the truck to. This is on Uhaul. I made me reservation and was told I would hear from someone. I didn't. Then I called and they said I would hear from them by 6. I didn't. Then they cancelled my reservation out of the blue.

The person who helped us was great but overall my experience was shit. Had to drive 2 hours to pick up my Uhaul that was reserved weeks in advanced at a location 2 miles from my home.

Service at both the pickup and drop off was spectacular. The employees were helpful, efficient and friendly. We will rent again from Uhaul.

Diane and Pacific Storage are fantastic and helpful. I couldn't rate them high enough. Highly recommended! U-Haul on the other hand has some policies and procedures that I would certainly question.

The truck did not run well and had a check engine light on, along with a clunking in the front suspension.

I would use I haul more if the mileage cost were not so high. Took u haul for day trip returned on time. Local trip went 90 miles and at 1.19 per mile I was out the door for $142.00. I thought mileage was high and more than Seattle.

The service was great. The 15' truck was a disaster. It road like it didn't have shocks. It continually downshifted when not necessary. I've never had a vehicle decide to downshift on it's own. I don't know if that was supposed to be a "feature" but it was quite disruptive and unnecessary. I've rented many u-haul trucks and this was the worst.

The truck could have felt a little more cared for: the roller door was unusually hard to open and close, as was the ramp. The cab could have used a wipe down. Otherwise, it was a good experience!

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional. We rented the vehicle to move my son to an apartment and everything about the process was seamless.

I like that the drop off is next to a gas station.

We did the online reservation. The equipment was not available at the location. The woman at the desk was so rude! Won't be going to this location again. It took going to 3 locations for get the equipment needed from our reservation.

The office person was friendly and accommodating . We were running a little late and he waited to make it easier to return truck.

Unfair charges. Store charged me for fuel even though i filled tank till full, till pump stopped. I fueled just down the street,, 50' away. Not sure why i was charged. If fuel gauge is not marking properly its not my fault. Unfair charges

There are no additional comments because service was excellent, thorough and couldn't be better.

I received an email the night before pickup guaranteeing a 15' U-Haul ready to go at 8:00 AM per my rental agreement. When I got to the location at 7:55, I found out they didn't open until 8:30. This delay caused me to be late for work because I had previously arranged for the 8:00 am pickup. There was no 15' U-Haul available at this location despite the email and I was given a 20' truck which cost more in gas.

I have rented from U-haul around the country since 1982. This location in Poulsbo is by far the BEST ANYWHERE. Three different times I have used this location. Each time I even had a different person assisting me. They have always been the friendliest and most kind and helpful anywhere. I would use them over any in the county.

Location was great! Customer Service and Cleanliness of the vehicle was great! It wasn't grate that the Uhal dispatch changed my order from one size truck to another without authorization!! the location made it right... not happy with UHaul as my moving plans had to change do to the change is truck size.

The person working was incredibly rude but when picking up and dropping off the uhaul rental. Everything else was fine but he was beyond rude.

Offer a military discount. The mileage fee is to high for a one day rental, and service members who are cash strapped could use the break.

Brakes were super loud and squealing, also there was trash in the cab behind the seats and the cab was dirty ,( needing be wiped down)

Alittle bit expensive for mileage. Tone it down on price and you'll see more results.

Having to use a code to leave the premise is confusing when it asks you to leave the contract there (which had the code on it).

Doug was very thorough and congenial. He was very detailed and easy to communicate with. This is a great location, not a busy road and plenty of room to maneuver truck. All the supplies you may need are available. Centrally located to Silverdale, Poulsbo, Keyport and Bangor.

The u-haul I drove was over heating. The temp. Gauge was all the way into “H”. Luckily I was able to finish my business using it before anything bad happened

Diane is a wonderful and kind person I've never met her before but we she made me feel like we were friends. I thought I left my phone in the truck so I called left a message she got back to me immediately letting me know that she would look further but had not found it. The next day she called me and notified me that she had found a tote in the parking lot of the establishment and it was mine it was a very important file tote . It was a wonderful find on her part I am so grateful I feel as though I can trust that she didn't do anything with it she called me immediately and I thank her so very much. When I rented the truck she was very informative answered all my questions immediately took care of me and when I brought the truck back ask me all the right questions and was very grateful I had no problems I would definitely recommend this place too many people thank you very much

The location was absolutely fine. The U-Haul companies absulte failure to manage this reservation was abhorent. I will be Yelp reviewing your company after your poorly handled business practices.

Friendly, helpful, convenient, great service

Despite the computer system being down, the lady that helped us was excellent and made the experience so quick and painless we will absolutely use this location again and recommend!

I returned the truck and as I was leaving, the attendant caught me and asked me to sweep it out. I explained that I had already done so but he said the it wasn't clean. There was some minor debris on the floor (it's noteworthy that the floor was as clean or cleaner then the condition when I accepted the vehicle and the attendant did not do a walk through inspection before I took the vehicle); he then observed me sweep the vehicle as though I was a first grader who couldn't clean his desk without the teacher hovering over me. I have rented vehicles on several occasions from this facility but this will be the last. I am retired Navy and an administrator at a respected local non-profit and I am not accustomed to being treated with disrespect from a local business that I go out of my way to patronize. If you are going to accuse a customer of returning a vehicle in an unacceptable condition, you better make darn sure that you inspect the vehicle with the customer before you release it. This wasn't done because of what I thought was mutual trust between a local business and a returning client - I was wrong.

1. Maybe more units for available ability at this location. We made the reservation around 10am. We picked up the unit at 3:45pm. 2. Or it would have been nice to receive a phone call if the unit was returned and became available earlier than the scheduled appointment time.
