STEVEN SThe iPhone app was horrendous. It took so long once pictures were taken to upload them. It felt like forever. My phone was showing a decent 5g connection so don't think it was on my end unless the service in the area is bad. It seemed like the other guy checking in at the same time was taking a long time too.
Bryan ZI returned the U-haul truck on a Sunday and the office was closed however the drop off instructions on the door where the drop off key box was located was very helpful.
pat sSad to say the experience was very stresfull and un-rewarding. 1. had a hitch package installed. took way to long even with an appointment. Installer showed up late for work 2. Rented a 5 x 8 trailer, lights didn't work. a. uhaul sent someone to the house. he looked at it says nothing he can do. b. called uhaul, uhaul sends a different person to check it out. he worked his heart out trying to fix it but could not. sends us to the Okeechobee Rd office West Palm Beach, Fl., they couldn't fix it, sends us to Vista Pkwy Location in West Palm Beach, they couldn't fix it. c. Now I have lost a day and I have to get on the road. Went a bought a few things and got the light working myself. It's thought that the trailer blew out the black box from the tail lights but nobody knows for sure. car has to go to uhaul in ct to be checked out, another day shot Bob Let it be clear to who ever is reading this message that it was my son John who was going through all this. I was just paying for every thing so all the emails were coming to me. I have explained this as best I could. I will tell you that he was not happy. He was on a schedule and lost any entire day.
JOHN RThe employee running the shop was trying to do 3 things at once. He didn't seem to know anything about tow dollies. The license plate light on the truck, and the running lights on the dolly, did not work. I discovered the lighting issue at 6 the next morning as I was preparing to start the drive to VA. Because the brake/signal lights DID work, the shop didn't open until 9:00, and time was of the essence, I decided to drive it the way it was.
Charles LVery dark parking lot makes it hard to see the conditions of the truck. Truck was filthy inside and out. Broken sun visor and an unsecured back door. Daylight conditions are obviously better. I ended up having to call and report the condition of the truck the next morning so as to make them aware of the situation.
MITCHELL HThe truck I rented was beat up and sounded like it needs a tune up. I am a mile or two from the store location and did not to drive far but I would not have used the truck if I was further away.. There were much newer trucks in better condition in the parking lot I would have preferred to use and seemed to be there the next day when I return my truck. On a positive note, the process to rent a truck was easy and quick.
JEFFREY FI rented 2 trucks last week at this location and they were both filthy. I like the 24 7 rental option but I don't like that there weren't moving pads that I requested and that I had to clean the trucks myself. The second truck had about 100k miles and was SO loud it vibrated my skull.
JOSHUA SEven though I marked that the equipment was clean, I still think that they should have done a better job. The location is a little hard to find. It is a small busisness and the equipments are in the back, so hard to tell that they have moving rental equipments.

parker jThis was not the location I reserved. U-Haul double booked the truck rental that was guaranteed. I got dropped off first location (Wellington) to pick up U-Haul and had movers waiting for me at location and cost money that was wasted. I had to find an additional ride to second location because I was falsely told my truck was guaranteed reserved for me. I wasted 2 hours of labor cost and not moving items because of U-Haul double booking and the worst part is the movers ran out of time!!! This was an extremely terrible experience that falsely said I was guaranteed a truck on reserved date. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND U-HAUL. The store rep at first location even stated U-Haul has been double booking trucks and left other people without trucks to pick up.

Maria BThey location should make sure there's at least a half a tank of gas in the vehicles so they are all set to go when a customer picks it up. I picked up our truck and it had an eighth of a tank of gas.. I really didn't want to put gas in just when I picked up the truck. I wanted to get to my destination to get the moving done.
Erik PTo begin, the truck had the airbag light on. The A/C would turn off on it's own while the vehicle was in motion. I returned the truck the same day it was picked up and was charged for 2 days. The uhaul agent said I was charged for 2 days because I returned it a few minutes late (unreal). I will never do business again with uhaul.

JOHN CLast minute need. I was told there was a truck coming back in a few hours. I provided my phone number and was called the minute it was returned. It saved a tremendous amount of time for me.

Paul QEverything was great.. Except I was charged for an extra day rental that I didn't use.. Not sure how that happened. But I rent a trailer almost weekly.. And Have never had that happen at any of the other dealers. A bIt inconvenienced having to call Uhaul and "prove" with a photo that I had brought it back same day

Juan ZThe 20' truck I reserved was not available. I took the 15' truck that was available. I feel I should be compensated some of the mileage back due to me making two trips instead of one because of the smaller truck.

ewa MIt was a seamless experience, booked online at noon to pick up at 5 pm of the same day, on my arrival I was greeted showed my driver's license, and was out there in under ten minutes. The return process was just as easy. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant experience and efficient service.
Owen WBrand new Van, which is good. Long wait in line for other customers to sort through their shipping, notarizing, getting a Fedex or UPS quote, etc. Only one clerk to handle all, and all I needed to do is pick up my reserved vehicle. Same happened at drop off, waited longer than needed just to hand over the key. Also, the vehicle with just 5k miles on the clock had never been cleaned inside. The floor of the cargo area was filthy. I needed to transport delicate art so I had to use extra covering to protect it from grease stains. Good thing that U-Haul has the app enabled pick up process that I could upload photos before driving off the lot.

Genn ATruck was super dirty Trash under seats and ants in the trash under the seats. Broken Glass in back and some broken pieces from furniture in back. No moving pads. I went to put gas in the truck to return it and it wouldn't start. They tried to make me wait over an hour and a half for a tow truck. In the meantime I had to pay $50 penalty for picking my kid up late at daycare that day. We forgot to check the back of the truck when we left so we discovered how dirty it was when we got home but we were on a super tight moving schedule. Horrible experience Truck also was not shifting correctly Truck was sometimes getting up to 5000 RPMs before it would shift on the highway Uhaul knew about all this and hasn't even reached out to us or offered us anything for all the trouble and the horrible experience Terrible company. Then on November 20 I got a text telling me that it was time to check in to pick up my rental for November 16 WTF!! Ug!!!!!!!

Gene EOverall well done with polite and acceptable help from 1800 call with concerning question and location desk employee. Two critiques thought. I recommend always providing a full tank a gas so the costumer has no doubts on how much gas to return. The other is attention to detail. I never received the $10 dolly equipment in the truck. I accidentally used the neighboring company which was outside thinking it was suppose to be mine. An innocent mistake which I ask nothing in return. But it shows that details are not fully honored on orders. Thanks all the same.
