RAYMOND BWe had an incredible experience with this location. When we arrived to pick up our truck after hours, we were pleasantly surprised when a car pulled up beside us. It was the owner himself! He greeted us by name and asked if we were there to pick up a truck. After confirming, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us, even though it was after hours. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure we knew exactly what to do and how to get help if needed. His commitment to customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this location!
Candace Wthe location was closed at dropoff -- sunday they are clsoed -- I dropped off at 1PM Sunday August 18 - - so no personal interaction took place
JMichael ZLong wait for equipment, but it was not the fault of the on-site staff. Continuous problems with the online system required multiple attempts to complete the transaction, staff was great about explaining what was happening and the reason for delay.

Ryan bMain complaint is for U-Haul overall, there was not enough gas in the vehicle to make it to our destination and I was not given enough mileage to make it to the destination either. So I had to pay more for both.
TIMOTHY MThe UHaul app is pretty shaky. It was much easier to accomplish pickup and drop off through the website.

MARK RWell i put fuel in not knowing how much fuel the yruck would use and returned it with way more that i got it with n got zeto crefit back on it not my idea of fair trans action and i turned in after 25,5 hrs and was charged for 2 full days use. Again not a fair deal.
MARK WThe guys at this location are so helpful and friendly! I have already recommended them to someone else. Cargo area of truck was a bit dirty, wish I had laid down sheets to keep the mattress from getting dirty. Truck ran well, good visibility, and was comfortable. They had all of the supplies I needed - the dolly came in handy! Person who checked us out wasn't wearing mask so we wiped down driving cabin before & after just in case they aren't disinfecting.

ULUGBEK YThe cabin floors had mud in them. The ramp also had dirt on it. Of course, end up tracking this dirt in the house. The previous renter was a slob and didn't take the time to clean his mess. However, I would think that pack and ship should have made sure the unit was clean before renting out again. Aside from that, the representative at store was very helpful and I had the truck in very little time. I had no issues with the truck itself. It ran great.
