As to first question..it was clean but not well maintained. Door was hard to get up then when u got it up it would hang up and very hard to pull down. Otherwise it pulls well and with my Toyota Tacoma u did not know it was behind you. Thank you TerriBill G.

I went into this location on 9/29/21 at 2pm, thinking I hand made a reservation the night before. They looked up my name and said you don't have one. I said okay then can you rent me an auto transport trailer, she said to go online and reserve it then we can do it if we have it. This location didn't want to help me they wanted it done online. So I logged into my account with Uhaul and realized I didn't complete the reservation so I did it while there in front of them. I said it's done and I will be back at 3 pm with my RV to get it I'm now running an hour behind schedule and people waiting for me. I drove about 5 blocks less than a mile to get my RV and returned at 3pm to get the trailer and the lady had left the property and nobody else would help me and said she will be back in 15 minutes (wrong) As you can see I checked out at 3:45 I could go on about this place but won't They are in my opinion the worst run Uhaul location, The other work they do is far more important than Uhaul and they could careless if they do any Uhaul business. This was not my first experience with this location and my old drop off some 13 years ago was almost as bad and other people have had issues with them. My truck and trailer rental a few days earlier at your downtown location was supper and they offered a discount for being a veteran. This was so BAD!!!!Jeff M.

I reserved a vehicle at a location near me. The day before I was to pick up the vehicle I was instructed to pick up the vehicle at a different location, 30 minutes away, because the size vehicle I reserved was not available at the location near me. Not only did this take an hour extra of my scheduled time to move but also added mileage and additional fuel cost to my reservation. For such a well known company you would think they could hire staff to drive a vehicle to the location where the reservation was made. Not pleased with that part of the reservation.Kathy B.

The customer service was well above any other U-Haul I have ever been to. I needed to extend my use by one day, I called and was again amazed by how friendly and politely I was helped. I only thing I think could help there, would be some shade for the workers hooking trailers in this desert heat. Today was 117o and I got out to help but it was just too much for me. we actually returned the truck on the 23rd but, your computer system was still having issues and they were unable to process the paperwork until the next day.. My concern is had their still been an issue with your system , your system could've charged a late fee even tho we returned early.. You really need to fix your computer program.JOAN S.

I got overcharged! They charged me 25 $for gas when I made sure to fill it back up to the halfway mark, how I got it. He said it was not all the way to the halfway mark. So I got charged 25 $for driving it from the gas station that is about a mile away to the location!! They are con artists and horrible people.GEORGE A.
I had made a reservation online and when my husband went to pick up the truck they wouldn't take my CC over the phone so he had to turn around and come back home to grab my CC and go back to the rental location. I rent UHauls all the time for my business and all other locations I have dealt with in Yuma and El Centro all take CC over the phone for payment.Thomas L.

All equipment should be clean. Whether its a auto transport , truck or tow behind trailer. Even If its a Auto Transport it should be free of split fluids from a previous rental. Respond only if you agree. Don't Respond if you think it's permissible. Period ! Thank youWally T.
I called and asked to reserve a 6x12 enclosed trailer and was told it would be available that day. I was also told I would receive a phone call the day before to confirm my reservation. The day before I did receive a call however they told me they would only be able to give me a 5x10 enclosed trailer which did not help. My question is what is the point of making a reservation if they are only going to give you whatever is available? Might as well just call the day before instead of trying to plan.Jennifer H.
Our original contract gave us 723 miles. It was cancelled because of all the rigmarole we went through. We gassed up the truck and dropped it off 2 days early. The man at the counter went out, and told us we owed for gas. We told him no, it's where it was when we picked up. He argued, but finally went out and looked again. He did apologize, we were correct. But then, he said we were over on the mileage! By 85 miles. I had reset my car on the way to pick up the truck in Santa Cruz, so I knew how many miles we had driven. It was 708 miles. He then said he didn't know how many miles we had been allotted. So then how could he say we were over? They backed down, making it out to be our fault, and they were kindly letting us get away with the extra miles. All in all it was a very unsavory experience.Joe M.
