JEFFREY BI really liked the professionalism....it was easy to rent the vehicle over the phone a few days before...and I was able to confirm it a day before ..by phone...and on the rental day itself the staff were helpful and the wait was zero. I also received numerous online and email reminders and explanations of next steps...so all in all it was a super easy experience...i would definitely rent from this location again.
RAWLINS PGreat experience. Easy to use, check out and return. Only gripe I'd have is having a more accurate cost estimate prior to renting the vehicle.

DENNIS CVery nice location and staff. Truck was in good condition and did a great job. The amount of things you have to fill out with the U-Haul Software both prior during and after the rental is a bit much. I understand the need for this information but it's a lot.

Carla DThe interior of the truck was the dirtiest I've ever seen in a U-Haul rental and I've rented many, many times over the years. The inside cab seats were covered in tan dog hair; truly disgusting. I was given the truck with only a 1/4 tank of gas so the first thing I had to do was go put gas in it. I returned it with a 1/4 tank and then noticed $60 in fuel charges on my bill. The worst experience!

VITO PI agree with the technology but personalized attention is very important for the benefit of the client. I rented a larger truck last weekend at the Boynton Beach, FL location and the customer service from the staff was awesome. In 10 minutes they gave me the truck and when I returned it I simply returned it to the parking lot and deposited the key in the drop off key box and went home. But this time I had to use my phone to rent a van. It took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to follow the amount of instructions and I even had to call costumer service for help. To return the equipment it took me 30 minutes sending photos and another questionnaire of 10 more minutes. Let me tell you, I will never want to have this nightmare ever again. I don't recommend this location and either renting a car by phone

I paid and did everything online, but then when the person that was driving the truck got there, they made him pay again with his stuff, even though my reservation and card was already in the system, listing him as the driver. It was really annoying.
Robert REasy to rent. Did not realize it could all be done online, maybe make it clearer to do online to make pick up easier. Return online was FAST and EASY.

Fredric LU-Haul was really nice. My movers were a no show and you did what you could to accommodate me. I was stuck with a truck and no movers so it helped. I am disabled and needed help. Returning the U-Haul was annoying because the online checkout had an issue with mileage. Maybe it was a glitch, I don't know. I had to repark the vehicle and pick it up at the location before getting the new movers. I'm sure the checkout experience was more harrowing after the whole moving help fiasco. Still, It should have been easier to drop it off. Luckily, the location was open, even though they were very busy.
Princess DI'm overcharged for the miles. I originally paid for 20 miles and then I did another 21 miles but I was charged for another 60 miles.
ALBERT AThe photos in my app did not seem accurate to actual truck when picked up . I was using the smart phone pick up . I felt the pictures givin of the truck weren't completely accurate as it seemed to be taken else where and not the pick up location . Damage/ scratches to the truck can happen between the locations . . Overall truck conditions and the service were great .

DAVID AYes I would definitely refer this location. HOWEVER I WOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REFER THE UHAUL AT BRINKS AUTO ADDRESS AT 101 NW 3rd St, Boca Raton, FL 33432. I reserved a truck from them to pick up Saturday at noon. When I arrived they are NOT EVEN OPEN ON SATURDAYS. The lady next to them says it happens all the time. THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM UHAUL partners, as they are give UHAUL a bad name. Also I was assured I would be receiving a $50 credit back to my credit card, due to this major issue, as I had hired moving men, BUT did NOT HAVE A TRUCK!!. You can refund me my entire cost of $134, instead of just $50, that is what you can do for ME as your current customer!!!

I also got an inflated rate due to numerous other issues I faced trying to do my reservation both through the online tool, speaking to representatives over the phone and then the associate in person.
