FERNANDO S.I was not told that the contract will be emailed to me and in there it will be mentioned how much gas I need to fill when I return the van. At the time of pickup the person at store just told me you need to fill upto 5/8 level. I ended up filling more gas than required. After filling I checked my email where I saw the contract and there it was mentioned how much gas needed to be filled in gallons.

Contacted customer service and Lisa said she would remove charge and it was never removed. E-mailed so that they would remove charge and never received a response. Horrible customer service.

JAMES P.I am regular renter of U-Haul trailers for my party company. I had made a reservation a month in advance 1 mile from my home but was forced to go to a location 9 miles from my home to pick up. Very disappointing.

Called U-Haul customer service and was told nothing could be done with the only option being for me to return to the store when it opened in 2 hours. Terrible delay to the start of a move.

Andrew Z.Rented the truck for 7pm. Went there at 6:30pm at 7:20pm I still didnt have my truck because of "verification" I used the 24h pass. Finally got the truck and we realized that the dolly was not there so we could not do our moving! Called Customer Service they told me I would get a free extra day. Then you guys are charging me 2 days. I will do a charge back if I dont hear from you today
Vanick H.Clean the truck thoroughly. It was a mess.and ended dirty ingredients and putting dust all over.my boxes. A cleaning fee should have been levied to the previous customer. Truck should be clean before I rent it. If I could find another location on short notice I would leave this one. The store clerk tried her best to sweep it before I used but the person used cement and cement dust is hard to simply sweep away. Dust everywhere. In cabin, on handles, and inside of truck.

JOHN B.This was the worst moving experience ever. Over the past month and a half, I have rented four 26' uhauls to move my family from PA to FL. I knew I needed a 26' truck to move my stuff from storage to my new house in one trip. I used movinghelp.com to secure movers for four hours based on being able to only make one trip. I called and reserved a 26' truck on Monday. When I arrived, they said they only had a 20' truck. This issue cost me an additional $150, because we had to make two trips. I would NEVER recommend this location again. On another note, the truck was filthy and looks like it had not been cleaned in months (I have pictures).

JOSE O.Today i rented a van from U-haul . Originally , it was uneventful and smooth. As I begin to load the van , I saw a small roach appear from underneath the front seat . I killed it , discarded it and begin to load my belongings. All of a sudden , I saw two more and killed them . At this point , I didn't even want to load the vehicle scared that more would appear or worse they would attach to my belongings and enter my home . I then had to remove what I had already put in and attempt to inspect the van carefully with hopes of not finding one . I couldn't even go back and complain because I was already on a time constraint and this delayed me even more. These cars should be cleaned after each use and if they see one insect then it needs to be fumigated . I could not have been the first to see one in the short amount of time that I had it . Most of these vans are used for transportation of items to and from homes , so I am disappointed in the cleanliness of this Uhaul van especially in times like this .
