ROBERT MILLMANI made a reservation for a 20 ft truck, dollys and blankets and nothing was available when I got there. I had to rent the only truck available, the smallest truck, 10 ft. It was dirty, greasy and smelly.

Paolo LiberatoscioliI normally don't do reviews, but in this case, I feel I must I'm not sure how the regular rental process goes but please whatever you do, do not use the after hours rental. This is one of the worst experience I've ever had in my life they sent me to one location and the app could not verify my ID, then they gave me the wrong code for the lockbox. After almost 2 hours they were able to give me another code which when I finally open the box found out it was the wrong key so then another 30 minutes went by and they had to send me to a more for the location in the middle of the night to finally get my rental All along I have people waiting at my home for over 2 1/2 hours for me to get back with the rental

Was advise will be getting a confirmation/call next day confirming availability, never got it. On the phone for an hour waiting for confirmation and location of availability the day before, when reservation was a week before. Very disappointed.

CLARA ZELAYAThe cabin was decently clean but when I turned on the A/C a really bad smell began to spread through the cabin, so bad that I did know if would have been better the June's heat in Miami or the A/C. I would suggest to check A/C system and cabin air filter. Regards Marco
Marco NicoliThe back of the van was not as clean as it could have been. Looked like previous renter didn't sweep it up as there was some leaves and debris left over. The cab had dog hair all over the floor and passenger side, I had to use a lint roller to clean the seat.

Fabian LewisThe person that rented the Uhaul prior to us left the gas tank with under 1/4 and we had to go to 3 gas stations to fill the truck with gas due to the flood issue. Also, I want to lodge a complaint about Don the District Manager. He is rude and never addressed our issue from the prior week. My opinion of UHaul is not high at this point!! Looks like you have an upper level leadership issue!
Andrew KleinbergThe truck was very dirty inside, sticky, there was visible trash. When I asked the lady from the location she went with a wipe and Windex and she did not cleaned it or threw the trash out and said that was the best she can do. I cut 2 fingers with a piece of metal on the piece of wood were you are supposed to tie the ropes to secure the load. I made a reservation for $80 dollar (24 hours plus mileage) as and because of the problems I had with the truck I ended with a bill of almos $400 dollars for which I filed a claim and im waiting for their response. I had to extend the rental for 2 days, the first day because I spent 2 hours buying and cleaning the driver part of the truck and I was not able to load everything from the storage that day and the second day I cut my finger with a piece of metal exposed from the truck when I was securing the load with a rope and I had to stop loading my things to clean the blood and take care of my fingers. I have photos of everything and they have record of everything that happened as well. Also the manager was charging me for returning the car with the same trash I received it with and they provided pictures with the same trash I found in the truck when I received it. The only way to improve for next customer is changing management at the location, they are not professional. Is U-Haul reputation and customers the only affected here.

rafael ramirezAfter my reservation I made months prior to had been moved . And we're was moved to was uncertain I was forced to go here. I am regular trailer renter and this is horrible to be done when I have business to run and having a trailer we're I normally rent being a must.

Sammul PottsI rsvp a truck to pick up, not only did i have a delay with the pick up because the lock box #2 was jammed it took us a while to get the lock un jammed and i had to call a rep who done transfer me to another representative. So i was able to open the lock so my appt to pick and it up was delayed because we had no dolly which i requested and when i attempted to call U-Haul back they said i would have to wait in the morning . The truck had a wet Stan or dripping water that was left and a Scent. So i wasted money and time because we needed the dolly to move the item. We tried to go with out it to see if it would work and complete failure.

OSVALDO MEDINAThe representative told me she was not going to charge me for coming late, but she did. They did not try helping me to get a dolly for the days I rented. I've been using UHaul for a long time with truck rentals and storages. I have one now. This third party company is garbage and do not represent the UHaul company well.
