One improvement that I would recommend is earlier pick up times. 10AM pick up for a moving truck is late.

SONJA OThe truck was not cleaned and poorly maintained. The trucks are at the opposite end of the Plaza from the office. A long walk -especially in the rain. The after hours drop box is in an alley behind the store.

Spiro VThe van had a plugged tire that should have been replaced and there was no spare. I had finished loading and the tire went flat so I had to wait an hour for a replacement in 90 weather. I called the location and the gentleman knew it was the front passenger tire that went flat. This was dangerous to me and others.

ahmad mFirst off, nowhere in the app does it specify where the drop box is specifically. We had to contact customer service three times and I have all of the transcripts downloaded. There is no sign designating where to drop the vehicles and trailer off. The app only warns you that failure to do so in the correct spot results in another fee. So do I drop it in front of the store or across the entire darn parking lot near the other trailers? Now I parked across the parking lot, is the box near the vehicles? No! It's nowhere to be found over there. Once again, the app fails to tell you where to go and the location doesn't assist either. Customer service provides a door code to get in because the box is inside. How would I ever know that?! Well now we're inside. Does the key fit in the box? Not a chance. The key is too wide to fit in that slot and no amount of pushing or tapping budges. Well now we have to contact customer service a third time. The first person can't help us, transfers is to a second agent, second agent says there's a box behind the store for larger keys. Time to hike around the shopping center to the back and thankfully the key fits. This was the worst drop off experience I have ever had. The building fails to assist in the process. There's no signage or information anywhere. The dropoff zone isn't marked at all and on the complete opposite end of the parking lot from the actual building you're dropping it off at. The box is inside hidden behind a plant but nowhere are you provided the door code. The correct box is behind the building but nowhere are you directed to use that one or even informed of it's existence.
