Trace was great to work with
Brian MWhen making a reservation, state that downloading the APP is necessary. That was not clear and took a lot of time to figure out when I arrived to pickup.
Becky MI'm not sure what the issue was but the app would not work at this location. I was not able to pick-up or drop-off the truck via the app. The location was closed at drop-off so I was not able to complete the drop-off process. I was only able to drop the keys off.

richard hDid receive a call the day before on return instructions but confusing on where to park the truck when using the lock box. Was told someone would be there at 9am when I arrived but that was not the case.

Howard GThis location was OK. The only problem I found is the drop off box for the key I could not find it for nothing. I was walking all over the place looking for it I asked someone they said it was on the side of the building. I went there it wasn't there, I asked someone else they told me it was at the back of the building then that's where I found it. I would recommend that at the drop off location please state where they drop off key box is at for example close to towards store. Thank you. Also, the online checkout was not too bad.
Ryan BThis U-Haul trailer was old rusted and very stressful situation. As soon as I would reach about 42 mph it would vibrate terribly causing even my vehicle to vibrate. I actually couldn't even use it both days like I planned because I was afraid of what would happen. Also, the back door latch/lock was broken and rusted and I wasn't even able to lock it properly Soto ensure my things were safe overnight. I would appreciate some sort of credit for the inconvenience both of these issues caused. The trailer was clean upon pick up and this location is great, it was the trailer itself that was the issue!
Christine GI had to wait 20+ minutes to have my ID approved/verified. I did not expect this long duration of approval and it delayed my plans quite a bit.
Bernard HWorst experience, Uhaul smelled of smoke, was filthy. The dolly and pads were not provided which I was charged for. I was told that a day would be removed from my bill since the truck wasn't ready I did not take it. Then I get a call asking me where the truck is. This was the most unprofessional location, they do not answer the phones even during business hours. I was assured a refund was in order but I have seen nothing.

Jose S1. They gave me someone else's truck by mistake, called me to bring it back after I got home. Took the truck back and the guy at the counter was extremely rude and it was their mistake. Second truck they gave me was clean but didn't drive well, was all over the road and the brake light was out. Donna who called for me to bring the truck back was suppose to take the rental off and I was only to pay mileage for having to go back and exchange and my bill was never adjusted and I want my rental fee back. One and only time ever renting from u-U-Haul.
Karen CFrom my vantage point, the owner is extremely nice as well as knowledgeable, and helping assist in all of his rental equipment. I have rented from him multiple times and he as well as his staff have excellent customer service and the community appreciates Pak Mail/ U-Haul.

Richard TThe people who run the place are just cold and indifferent. They never smiled or greeted anyone. The old lady in particularly grumpy. Most people getting a truck are in transition or need it for a transition, good or bad. It would be nice to have some friendly customer service when dealing with a paid service, but this is not a friendly and warm place in any way. The truck was dirty, the people were sour and I will never use them again.
Amita MThe only issue I experienced was around moving blankets. I needed to go to another location & only received half of the blankets I requested. Other than this, it was a good experience.
