This location is charging 4 times the regular rental price and requiring deposits in upwards of $180+. This makes it impossible for a small time self employed person like impossible to do business there. Why they can make uhaul look bad .
The representative was very helpful and professional, very fast to provide me the truck I needed, excellent service!
Make sure to look vehicle over for dents and dings and take photos

The online experience and experience with the app is horrible. There is a disconnect between the app/online service and the location. Everyone at the location is friendly and helpful, however what was confirmed on my app was not communicated to the location. HORRIBLE.
The location was good and the guy that helped me hook up the trailer was great, very friendly.
Everything was great. They were able to accommodate my needs. Able to get me what was needed to get the job done. And very personable customer srvc, which is very important in an industry that is primarily “customer†based. I do recommend them.
There is no parking allowed on site and I had to park in a sketchy area blocks away. Finding the rental office was awkward as it is inside a gas station. Perhaps the website should clarify this in advance. The staff were friendly but we are in the peak of a pandemic and the staff were not wearing masks. There are plenty of other locations to go to. I would not return to this one.

Have a way to show unavailable vehicles on the website I made a reservation for a 20-ft truck only to find out a day later it was not available. I was offered two 10-ft trucks but was lacking another driver.

We went prior to renting and was not told that we could reserve for the next day! We were lucky that the size truck we wanted to rent was available!

Thank you. But I appointed one week ago,the center of San Diego office called me the truck I booked to be unavailable almost one day before. I did know what to do because I got planned to get truck of san Diego from Los Angeles. My plan was mess up. Anyway I finished very well. Your office should tell customer three day before when your schedule will be to be changed. What you Just say we are soory is not enough for us. I paid more money and time. Please let us know minimum three day before with phone and message.

I recommend the mobile check in and out as it might the transaction smoother. However, staff was not so friendly and there was a hiccup in the mobile check in. I Almost got charged for cleaning when I filled out the return questionnaire. It asked if the car needed cleaning and I put yes. The van wasn't dirty inside because I tidied up but it looked like it hadn't been washed for weeks so I noted that. Then it added $25 for cleaning at check out. No amount of regular car wash amounts to that first of all. I disputed the charges and didn't get charged for cleaning after all but this should be corrected in the system. When I tried to bring it up with the receptionist, she told me she couldn't help me and pointed to her boss who wasn't even around for me to talk to. I waited for about 10 min and no boss, no receptionist to help me so I left.

Truck was not clean really ruse employee by the name of jessy would not go back they will call you and call you and tell you to take truck ASAP even when you are being charged for the whole day Manger rude as well

It was very quick and efficient even though they were not expecting me.
Boss was rude to me when it was a mistake on his end. The mobile app wasn't working and so they switched me to another uhaul. I tried to explain that while he continued to be rude and wanted to put in an amount of gas that was registering for the old reservation. I not only had to move the uhaul again but only yet to show him it was the right amount.

Elevator has been broken for years. UHAUL in general makes you buy one of their locks and then when it breaks they don't help you at all.
The service person was awesome.
Extremely incompetent and poor customer service. Kept trying to charge me for a tow dolly that was already paid for even after I provided the receipt and rental contract. Called me once I left store to ask for more information on my credit card. Wasted an hour of my time.
Chris was terrific and very helpful. Air conditioning didn't work in the truck unfortunately and it rattled a lot on the freeway even at low speeds.
I rented the trailer on 6/25/20 around 5:30pm. I returned the trailer same day 6/25/20 around 9:30pm. When I returned the trailer, I was told that everything was taking care of. On Saturday 6/27/20, I recieved an email with the invoice charging me for 2 days and stated that I returned my trailer on Saturday. I have to make at least 4 calls back and forth to have it reversed the one extra day. I felt like if I didn't verify my email and called back to fight for the reversal , I would have gotten charged for 2 days rather than only 1 day. As a customer, I shouldn't have needed to verify and trusted that Uhaul wouldn't have try to cheated me cor extra day charges.
