michael rDo right by your customers when they say something is broke and can't take time to wait for a mechanic because you have to get home. The truck should have been in working condition but this issue with the fan was intermittent so when we left it worked and it actually was only 60 degrees.
Paul GEasily the best U-Haul dealer I've ever dealt with! They are knowledgeable and have always made me feel VERY welcomed here. Will definitely rent from Pana Save A Lot again!

ROBERT SMr. Cloe at this location made returning the auto transport and the van so easy and stress-free. He helped unload the pick up and un-hitch the trailer. We are so grateful to Adam for all his help after a long, tiring trip.

RICK DCompensate people when you inconvenience them even if you have to give store credit. It is unacceptable to put people in that position on one of the most stressfully days of their life.
Robert Dyou drop off your keys with a cashier - when we asked him to clarify that we are turning it in today and a confirmation it was turned in - he really couldn't tell us anything other then he will give the keys to his boss. it wasn't until we got an email receipt that we knew what they had to say about turn in time and truck condition.

Ken KThe radio antenna was gone could not listen to a thing all the way from Illinois to southern Georgia made for a long trip. The front tires were out of balance would shake going down the road.
Gary Kfuel gauge was a little sketchy, it didn't move after a bit while i was filling up. Ended up filling entire tank up even though I didn't use that much.
Derick WWhen I was called to confirm my reservation the woman was quite rude telling me that I had to pick one up in a completely different town when I told her that pana had the trailer that I reserved and she argued with me saying they didn't have one when I was there 10 minutes before. I went to the pana store and some different lady was nice and professional and I explained again that they had one and she said the trailer was not checked in and I went with the store owner and checked it in and picked it up the next day and I will rent from them again
Terry TOwner of the franchise was professional and the customer service was outstanding. Keep up the good work. My only complaint (minor) was that I had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes but on a nice spring weekend, that is sort of expected as it is good moving weather.
Joseph TThe customer service agent wasn't abailable when I picked up the truck. He called and said he just left the keys in it because he had to go to the chiropractor. I was also charged for fuel when I shouldn't have been.
