The building was a bit intimidating looking. Very dark inside and plexiglass covers the entire check in area. Wondered if I was in a safe area. The woman was very nice though and easy to work with. So maybe I would recommend this location.

Kim P.Okay so picking up this truck by myself was a bit of an escape room situation. The number I'm looking for to find the truck is on the top, the prompt made it seem like I was looking for a number on the bottom of truck. The lock was hard to open, perhaps because of the cold.

SHARON G.Phone service is horrible. I was at work and got a message from uhaul to call 219-322-2905 for our vehicle pick up location. I called the number and was on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes. During my call, the location was texted to me. Either add more people to answer the phone or just send the pick up location via text or email. 75 minutes is ridiculous. If I wasn't able to wait on hold that long then what would have happened? Would my needed rental have gone to someone else??? It happened on Wednesday for Thursday pick up. Please make the service better, much better

ROBERT A.Did not really work for me cause I rented a truck and trailer combo set and quoted a price. Then they didn't have it at one location for both, okay I picked up from 2 places for no biggie. What sucked it they charged me extra for both. Close to 150 over charged. Not the location fault uhaul...

CHARLES Z.we rented with the need of a cell phone account to pick up and drop off the truck. We had lots of issues using the system which resulted in us wasting over an hour. I understand it had something to do with the location not being on the GPS system. Hope that is now fixed for the next customers.
Raymond M.While the contactless check in can be convenient, the link took additional time and had to be reset. I received a truck size smaller than I initially reserved which made it extremely difficult. I also paid the same price for a smaller vehicle. I did not have much choice at the moment because I needed something to move my items as my move in day was set with zero flexibility. Not only was I disappointed with the discrepancy but when we returned the vehicle, with a quarter tank additional in gas.. the returning agent could not compensate us as we barely went over mileage. So instead of using the additional 10 dollars spent on gas to go towards the 1,2 over in mileage. We had to pay the additional. I'm not happy with my experience and I will never use your services. I will recommend another agency to my friends and family as this has been the experience I received from your company. I've used your services several times and this by far was the worst. I will not return.
