THERESA L.The turn in location was changed with NO notice or update. I tried to check in via the web at the site on the reservation. At that point, it gave me a new location and address - about 10 miles away. Once at the new location, check-in went smoothly.

robert R.Rented a uhaul through Guntersville Self Storage and called to let them know we would be late picking the van up. The woman who answered the phone was VERY rude and said what are you talking about we have not had a van all week. She called the area manager who said they sent me a text letting me know where to pick one up at yet I never ever recieved a text about new location.
