It was very confusing trying to find the location of the truck. The business listed is Paradise Self Storage. It's on Hwy 431. The actual pick up place address is on 168. When you google the name of the business with the address to get directions on maps it doesn't recognize the business. When we finally found the business it was not the pick up location. It took us two hours to finally get things straightened out. The local number we called couldn't help us and told us to call Uhauls 1-800 number. There was only 1 gallon of gas in the truck when we finally got it. The breaks were almost non functioning and it started raining during our 6 hour trip and the windshield wipers did not work. Worst experience ever!
BECKY TWe thought we were dropping it off at a location where they would be a person. Instead it was a deserted building with a key box. it would have been nice to know that it was only a self-serve drop off location.

TERRY GPut gas in the truck. I got in it and it was below the empty line. The low gas light was on too. I didn't know if I had enough gas to make it to a gas station. Luckily there is a gas station down the street. But if someone rented this truck and picked it up after 10 pm, it would most likely wouldn't make it to the nearest 24hr gas station

Hubert CThere was nothing wrong with the location. However the 24-7 mobile pick up was a NIGHTMARE!! 2 hours on the phone with customer service and FINALLY they tell me they can enter it manually. Had already uploaded my dl to their website and was not being allowed to do it again...TWO HOURS I had to try before they said they could do it manually...20 minutes later I was in the truck. Do NOT recommend 24-7 mobile pick up!!
