After an initial hiccup with the online truck pickup process, things went smoothly. The cargo van was nice.Jeff M.
This was the most horrendous check-in process I have ever experienced. The business is in a strip mall. There was no indication that the truck was around the back. The user is expected to take quality pictures of documents but there is no steady place to put the docs to take a picture. I tried to use my car hood but it was in the sun so it washed out the pic.<End Location Review> The application is horrible. Any mis-tap or mistake made caused the app to lock and the process had to start over. App got stuck in review mode. Then said someone would call. 10 Minutes no call. I called them. If it weren't for Brianna's cheerful, calm and pleasant demeaner, I would have baled on the whole rental. Overalll, check-in took a full hour. During check out, don't ask me to input for miles in fuel and then insist I take pictures to prove it. And the same same problem exists of tapping something wrong and have to start over! will NEVER use this app to get a rental. Total GARBAGE.David D.

The 10' truck was rented for 2 days. It ran fine during the move, but 2 overnight starts in the morning required 2 jumps due to dead battery. Believe there is a wiring problem on this vehicle with the interior lighting. This truck requires attention. Merci.Catherine A C.

Pick up is easy. the location is close town but isolated if picking up alone. drop off is easy but the Uhaul app was sluggish. I had a good cell signal but the app did not respond initially and then was slow to upload the photos and I had to try a few times.MARY JANE R.

The app was useless for returning the vehicle after hours as it would not accept the photo of the dashboard nor did it have an option to describe that and move on. It just would not continue to allow me to return the vehicle. This turned out to be a huge inconvenience.Leo K.

The â€œ24/7â€ mobile pickup process took over 30 minutes, which was disappointing. The U-Haul website crashed, requiring me to call and wait on hold for nearly 20 mins to complete the process over the phone. The drop off went more smoothly. In the future I will probably stick to picking up during business hours only.John L.
The process of accessing the van without an on-site human was VERY time consuming and somewhat confusing. You do state that the check-in process is best completed before showing up to pick up the van but I didn't imagine that it would take as long as it did and require two or more phone calls.Robert L.

If you are going to charge a fee for mileage then you should not be requiring the equipment to be returned with the amount of gas it had when rented. One or the other, but not both!William H.

Vehicle was in good condition. Radio did not seem to work. I could not find an outlet for charging my phone--electrical port did not work and no USB port visible. Location could use more lighting for returning after dark.Mary Jane R.
In general, it is very difficult to contact your company. The wait times are ridiculous and the information you get varies. I made several different reservations based on changing dates and did not reserve a confirmation 3 out of 4 times. It was just a good thing I called to ask a question. That's when I learned my reservation didn't exist!Joanne F.

They never answered the phone. Ever. Called multiple times a day, of several different days a week. Had to call a local actually U-haul location for assistance with my reservation. So frustrating. And the operation hours are very short.Ryane D.

The people at Parcel and More have no idea what they are doing. The gentleman Dan from UHAUL was great and helped me greatly on the phone. Thank god for him!!! The kid at Parcel and more is RUDE and unprofessional . I will not rent from them again! I will just go down to FRAZER office and rent from them, even thought its farther to drive its worth the nicer people and competent!!Jennifer O.

Guy told me to take the uhaul around back behind the building and that I can handle everything back there. Then learn that it was all self serve. I hated using the app and having to take so many pictures of where the vehicle was, condition, etc. I spent 100 bucks to use a truck for a few hours. I'd expect a bit better of customer service then the â€œfigure it out yourself' model.Andrew W.
