Jon K.The Parker facility was fantastic! However, the reason for my markings was because the 13721 E Colfax location and subsequent goose chase wasted (4) hours of my day. I had a guaranteed AT pickup scheduled online inclusive of Driver's License and credit card. When I arrived the two attendants on staff stated they did not have a rental for me. I began to drive away when they called me back and said they did have it after all. So I returned for the rental. They then told me that the unit was not fit for travel and I would still have to go to another location. Nearly an hour had passed by this time. They then canx'd my order from their location, and referred me to the Buckley location. Buckley had no idea about the reservation and had not had an AT available for several days. I was then redirected to the Parker location (which was fantastic). The staff at the Colfax and Buckley locations made no attempt to apologize or attempt to present an empathetic customer engagement. So after nearly 40 miles of driving from location to location, and nearly 4 hours trying to pick up my "guaranteed rental", the Parker CO staff proved to up hold the Uhaul Customer Values. They were kind, quick, and appreciative of my business. Unfortunately due to the other locations disregard, I ended up paying for a guaranteed rental although the Uhaul promise states "guaranteed or its free". I would greatly appreciate an explanation from Uhaul Corporate as to why neither the Colfax or Buckley locations could up hold the company policies for professionalism, courtesy or honor the guarantee. Kristopher R.The person working did not wear a mask in a state that mandates it, expressed his political views about wearing a mask to customers, exposed us in the waiting room to contracting the virus, and took a long time to input information. We are expected to be there at a certain time or the truck is gone yet it took 45-50 minutes to complete picking it up. I was disappointed by this location and will not be returning.
Josh M.My reservation pickup location was changed twice. I received so many emails from Uhaul that it was nearly impossible to follow what was going on. I ended up at the second location (which was incorrect) and had to go to the third location. I arrived about 5 minutes before they closed and one of the gentleman that was working was incredibly rude and made it very clear that he was put out that we were there right at closing. The woman that checked us out was very kind and helpful though. The 24/7 pickup app would not work when we arrived either which is why we had to go inside in the first place which negated my attempts for doing a contactless pickup. What should have taken 15 minutes ended up taking an hour and 15 minutes. Overall I am very disappointed with the pickup process.

Jamie B.Equipment rented to me but was not available . Was given a morning pickup time but could not take delivery til evening . Promised and could not deliver . Why do have contracts that you can't deliver ,but you have no problem taking my cash. Very unhelpful , and confusing answers.
