Delisa MStaff was not there to help unhook the trailer, did not seem to be aware we had forgotten to return a dolly, when my wife returned it the next day staff was reluctant to help her to remove from her vehicle. When the staff did come, he damaged our vehicle callously pulling on the dolly when it was obviously stuck. When told of the damage, the staff said nothing and walked away. The overall attitude of the staff is rude, unhelpful and unfriendly.

The dedicated leadership of Leslie Hately has made every one of my experiences incredibly easeful. She has met every one of my rental needs and purchases with professionalism and easefulness even when I have had short notice requests. She demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and she drives to make every interaction with her and her team, one that I would say is more of a family relationship with her customers.

Lucinda PYou hide fees. I couldn't even drop off my truck and keys without hidden fees because I didn't have my phone. The guy next to me trying to drop off his keys couldn't get your app to work. I will never use U Haul again.
